"First time eating here and I was not impressed at all. Save your money. I do not get all the hype for Jollibee. For months (even years), my Filipino coworkers have been hyping it up, but my experience was not all that great. First of all, I came in and no one greeted me, there’s no sign for pick up orders, and it wasn’t until everyone else that came after me asked about their order that I realized there’s no real organization to dine-in vs carry-out orders. The restaurant is a mess. There’s trash everywhere. The chicken was super greasy, the mashed potatoes and gravy were ok, the aloha burger was greasy too, and they forgot one of my drinks. I didn’t even think it was worth going back to get it. The ONLY good item we bought was the mango pie. I’m really surprised about the customer service here. No one to greet you, no one says thank you, no one asks you if you need help, or to have a nice day. Do restaurants even care anymore about customer service? Not impressed, won’t recommend, probably won’t return."
