"The only reason I came here was because I had a random gift card to use and boy, would I have been upset if I was spending my own money on this meal/experience. I brought my toddler here for dinner and the entire experience from start to finish was nothing short of absurd. My server was terrible; She literally just walked over to my table and stood there looking at me until I said hello to HER first. A ginger ale and kid 's water (which is just in a regular-sized plastic to-go cup, by the way) took over 15 minutes. I made the mistake of asking for an additional few minutes to review the menu, which translated to her taking another 15 minutes to revisit my table. After I finally ordered, I 'd been there for 45 minutes which, as anyone with a toddler will know, is already pushing it. The food took over a half hour to come out and was awful. I got the cajun chicken shrimp pasta to share with my little one and also ordered a size of macaroni and cheese. The mac cheese bowl was unbelievably scalding hot but, ironically, the actual mac cheese itself was out-of-the-refrigerator cold. It was undoubtedly leftover food that was re-warmed, which is disgusting, especially considering it cost $4. My chicken shrimp pasta was completely flavorless and bland, sporting a grand total of four over-cooked shrimp and about 4 or 5 chunks of mangled-looking, equally-flavorless chicken hidden here and there throughout. The most frustrating part was the check-out process, which literally left me red in the face. It took over ten minutes for her to run my gift card and then she never brought the remaining check over. Another ten minutes went by before she seemed to remember I was waiting to finish cashing out. Meanwhile, she spent several minutes at the other tables in my section, showing no consideration for me having a child in tow who was in complete hysterics by that time. The whole thing was infuriating and I will absolutely never return to a TGI Fridays, gift card or not."
