"I really love the food here; it’s consistently good, and the service is usually satisfactory or even excellent depending on who is serving you. However, I recently visited with a friend on a Monday around noon, and despite it not being busy, no one greeted us. I noticed at least two employees glance our way but then ignore us. After a few minutes, someone finally waved and signaled that they would be with us shortly. By that time, another person had also begun waiting behind us, and with so many other dining options nearby, we decided to leave. Normally, I would rate this place 4 or 5 stars, but I had to lower it to 3 due to the poor service during this visit. I would be happy to revise my rating if the service improves in the future."
