"Went to lunch here yesterday with my 2 daughters. Got completely ignored for at least 10 mins before the server came over. I had just commented to my daughter that if nobody showed up on 30 seconds we were leaving. Ordered 2 iced teas and a kids lemonade. And our food. The kids meal looked great when it was delivered. Took a picture even to send to her dad. However the turkey was just cut up cold meat, broccoli was practically raw. Rice had zero flavor but the fruit was warm?! Go figure. Needless to say she ate only the fruit. My food was under seasoned and loaded with onions! The picture is from the half I brought home and that?s not including the gobs I ate before taking the picture. My older daughter got the cheesesteak pita with no onions but there was a pound of peppers instead. She picked around it and then decided it wasn?t good and didn?t eat it. It wasn?t busy but we never saw our server again (not even to see how the food was, a drink refill etc). until after someone else brought us to go box. I commented loudly as he walked by that we need a box. And he grabbed it for us. Server finally brought the bill and then took off with the card for over 10 more mins. Def wasn?t impressed with this visit or the service. Our server was Bucher."

"We have been ordering from here for years! Usually their food is on point. This last time we ordered the blandest food ever, but okay we ate it because we bought it already. We ordered the Greek salad, gyro meat and chicken skewers. Worst mistake ever! My husband and me are in the hospital with the worst food poisoning of our lives. Unless you are looking for an extra big medical bill I suggest not eating here. Wish I could report them to health services and get my medical bill paid for this! "This is the best Kennedy Fried Chicken!The first time I ate here was 2013. I was a repeat customer but since it’s in Bronx, you don’t see any Asian people there. One time someone asked me why I’m eating there and why I don’t eat chicken from Chinese restaurant. Lmao.Their fried chicken is so delicious and I always order with salad and rice. The salad is amazing because there are many different ingredients and they are always fresh. Rice is always perfectly cooked. I had Kennedy Fried Chicken in Harlem on 116th street and their rice was the worst so I always go to the store on 174th street. Unfortunately I moved to Los Angeles, California, but often crave Kennedy Fried Chicken. I’m planning to visit NYC next year and can’t wait to eat there !!!"

"This pita jungle location is so bad...every time we order or eat in person it's like a totally different restaurant from all the other locations. Tonight, we ordered online, husband picked up, gets home and we realize items were missing. I just called toget some resolution and the girl who answered gave me the run around asked for my name several times, took my number and saidthe manager would have to deal with this. I then I asked for a manager, who again asked me for my name and items in my order.Acted like she was making a huge concession to offer to refund my missing items... Obviously I would like the money back for thethings I didn't get. She put me on hold for several minutes and came back to tell me the refund would process in 2 days. Thatwas it. So now I get to supplement the dinner we ordered with stuff from the kitchen. Please don't act like this is a favor orlike getting one over asking for my money back when you didn't give me the items I was paying for. Their customer service waswhack. ???? I'll drive to the other locations in the future."

"WOW! We walked up to Salmon River Brewery 2 hours before closing time and approached the hostess station and one of the hostesses asked how many and my wife said “Two please” then the other hostess without even looking at us said, ummmm we’re not taking any more on our wait list. It may take us to closing. I didn’t see anyone waiting and there were several empty seats inside and at the bar. I can’t rate the food because we didn’t have a chance to try it, but as a Hospitality Executive I would be very disappointed if any of my 30+ hostesses addressed one of our guests in the rude manner that we encountered. The hostesses seemed to be very involved in their own world and not really concerned about creating a welcoming environment at all. We walked across the street to Lago Chapala Mexican Restaurant and had a completely different experience with quick and friendly service, pleasant welcoming attitudes and speedy service followed by great food. Glad we ended our experience with Salmon River Brewing before it got any worse. I really don’t even feel like giving them a second Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Pita Jungle is always a highlight every time I'm in the Phoenix valley. They have such a range of fresh and delicious options. Their gluten free menu is extensive, and I love the attention that take to making sure they avoid cross contamination as someone with celiac disease that gives me a ton of confidence. I came here two days in a row and had their gluten free spicy chicken bowl, the hummus trio with GF pita, and the GF pesto turkey wrap with a greek salad. I'd happily recommend any of that. The bottom line is that this place is great, go here, order a lot. You'll be happy you did."

"The staff saw me with two children and didn’t bother to offer a high chair. So I had to grab it. The waitress didn’t explain where was the kids menu so I ended ordering 2 eggs with two slices of bacon for $14 for a 3 year old. Anyway, the main problem was that the food sucked my omelette could feed 4 people if it wasn’t all watery inside because obviously it’s har to cook a two pound omelette. In other words the experience sucked and the food sucked."

"Place is Total ****. Overpriced and slow service. I work in the building so unfortunately stuck going there for lunch on occasion (and hate doing so but too lazy to go elsewhere). They are in a building with A/C but somehow haven 't turned on the A/C ever so it so hot in there while you wait forever to get your food. They have tomato as the soup of the day but haven 't had it in weeks and pretend to run out just ahead of you. It 's almost comical to the point I ask each time just to see they pretend each time. I honestly would never walk into this place but alas I am too lazy to leave my building for lunch someone 's Learn from me. The place is terrible. Keep away"

"Just ordered take out on whim. Do yourself a favor and simply order the Eggplant dip. It was the most magical experience I've had in a long time. The rest of my order could have been terrible and still would give this place 5 stars just because of this dip. Best thing of all, the rest of our meal was fantastic. The Falafel on pita was so fresh with all of the veggies thrown in. The grape leaves and Greek salad was also a highlight. I can't wait to order from here again. "Incredibly upset with my order. Ordered a hummus trio only to have my hummus all three placed together in a tiny container that looks like a small rather than a large. Can?t even get to the third flavor until you have gone through the other two and at thatpoint can?t distinguish one from the other. It must be a ?cost saving? cut corners method because there is no way that acorporate company could possibly think consumers would be ok with that at $12! One hummus was for a specific person and theycannot even enjoy it. Don?t list something as a trio if you are going to just slip it into one container! The two bowls lackedsignificant flavors as well. Having worked extensively as a General Manager for years I have sympathy for today?s restaurantindustry but this was by far unacceptable. And then to call the store only to have the manager tell me there is nothing they cando is also not how you ultimately win over your customers. I?ve ordered many times before but this was my last."
