"I've ordered from this restaurant twice in the last three weeks, and unfortunately, my orders have always been incorrect. This has led me to stop dining at this location. For my first order, placed through DoorDash, I ordered directly from the website but received both meals without any meat. Today, for an in-store pickup, I ordered three Penne Rosa dishes, and surprisingly, only one of them was correct. The order was missing sauce, and I received the wrong type of noodles for which I paid extra. It's a consistent issue—either I end up with the wrong pasta, no sauce, or no meat at all. I really enjoy Noodles & Company, but this location needs to improve. Their phone service is excellent, which is why I give customer service a 4 out of 5, but the food quality deserves only a 1 out of 5."
