"The Cho in Lakeway has great sushi and hot Japanese cuisine. Some creative rolls and sashimi dishes, great basics . A surprisingly good sake selection including some higher end stuff for those who like that. Fish is very fresh. Not cheap, but hey, it 's sushi. Service friendly and attentive (wait staff tend to be gringos but have good familiarity with menu including the Japanese names). And a whole lot less cost than Uchiko. Another nice aspect is their consistency. You know what you are going to get."
