"We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table."

"Food is always good and service attentive. But when you book on open table, they stick you in the less desired locations- second floor under the speaker, first floor at the furthest corner by the service table facing the side of the bar. And this is when the restaurant is less than 10% full. We’ve been there three times using open table to make the reservation, and each time without fail we have to ask to switch the table."

"I ordered the General Tsos Chicken and the Lemon Iced Tea. Everything was really good and reasonably priced for the portion sizes. The chicken was very spice which I liked a lot.Edited: I returned to try the shrimp dumplings lomein and it wasn't what I had expected. The noodles weren't lomein noodles and had a strange taste to them that I couldn't even finish it. The shrimp dumplings were very tasty as was the miso soup. I returned a 3rd time to try the shrimp and broccoli and that turned out to be pretty good. Maybe it was just that the noodles were bad. I would order again but not any of the noodle dishes"

"The first time I visited, the food was fantastic. Unfortunately, this time the Pad Thai was terrible. All I could taste was sweetness and it didn't look appealing. I ate some of it because I was hungry, but it's definitely hit or miss. I recommend skipping this dish unless you enjoy bland food. I had to squeeze lime on it to give it some flavor. "I always come here and get their bento meal. You get a ton of food for $10 along with your main entree you get at least a small side salad and 4 other small side dishes plus soup and a can of soda. So I can get two days worth of lunches out of this meal! I order online so that I don't have to deal with the lunch rush. The food is not bad for what it is. This is food court food so don't expect fancy stuff. So far I like the sweet and spicy chicken, the veggie katsu is alright, and the chicken teriyaki is not the best. The staff is always friendly and courteous."

"I had just left a nearby restaurant and was drawn to their open door and lights. I used their ordering machine to place a drink order. An employee briefly glanced at me before heading to the kitchen. After placing my order, the machine processed my payment. Moments later, the same employee informed me that they weren’t open yet. I questioned why they would take orders if they weren’t open, but it was evident that they had hired someone who struggled with English. I used Google Translate to ask the employee to call the owner for clarification. Unfortunately, the situation worsened when the owner responded. Instead of providing assistance, they unjustly blamed me and even questioned my decision to place an order. It was absurd! They had their door open, a functioning order machine, and still charged customers, yet I was the one being blamed for using those services. The owner told me I needed to wait an additional 30 minutes to cancel my order because they were not familiar with their own system. I used to visit this restaurant occasionally, but I won’t be returning. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is truly disappointing."

"The classic burger was fantastic. The fried chicken melt with Nashville hot was tasty, but I didn’t think it was worth the $23 price tag. The burger, which was both cheaper and better, really stole the show for me. Unfortunately, we received what seemed like the bottom of the basket fries – about half were inedible, but those I could eat were excellent. The JoJo sauce was delicious too! Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely order the burger again!"

"Came here for the first time. I wanted my teriyaki to be soft and fresh so I did not call ahead on purpose. I went inside and placed an order to go. Rice is not your typical fried Japanese rice. It tastes like a brown, healthy rice. Which I guess it's a good thing if you are wanting a healthier version. I was hoping for the real Japanese fried rice like from Japanese Kitchen. I wanted dark meat and asked to be sure that their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl would be dark meat. The host went to confirm and the waitress said it would be pieces of chicken thighs. I got breast which was extremely dry with no extra teriyaki sauce to dip it in. It did not taste freshly made either. So I'm not sure why I had to wait 15 minutes if it was not freshly cooked. I wanted to go back and return the food. However, I was on my lunch and did not have enough time. I will not be returning."
