The orange chicken was no better. Instead of the crispy, tangy dish I expected, it was mushy and tasted overwhelmingly sweet, almost like it had been doused in syrup. It completely overshadowed any hint of orange flavor, making it inedible. Then came the Mongolian BBQ. The meat was overcooked and chewy, and the vegetables were limp and lifeless. It seemed like it had been thrown together in a rush with no regard for quality. To top it all off, the service was lackluster, with staff who seemed uninterested in our experience. The ambiance felt dingy, making me wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Overall, Silk Road Asian Cuisine was a huge disappointment.
