"My niece wanted to go to Biwon for her birthday dinner because she and her brothers had been to this restaurant a few times before and enjoyed the experience. Some of the the things I will give a bad review for are just their business practices. We got to the restaurant for our reservation on time and were seated about 30 minutes later (not bad). I asked a couple of questions regarding the notes on the menu. Everyone in our party was planning to do the all you can eat and we have some diet differences. We were told everyone getting all you can eat sushi had to sit at one table and everyone else (that got the all you can eat premium Korean BBQ and Sushi had to sit at the other tables. The problem with that is, we were splitting checks. Some of the servers weren 't listening and were bringing out wrong orders and then the servers got incredibly rude. My daughter also wanted to order all you can eat, but she was overlooked everytime they came to the table, I had to physically stop servers and send them in her direction (at another table) to take her order. My son has severe allergies and he didn 't order one thing. The bill came and I was charged for him. I reminded our server that he didn 't eat anything. She went to the manager on duty and he came over to us to ask who had a question. I said I did and explained to him what was incorrect. He went on to argue with me that he personally saw my son picking at food, which would not even be possible since he was sitting in between my husband and my niece that both ordered a lot of food and I had never seen that man. He then said well maybe he wasn 't eating it, I can take it off. He then continued to argue that he and other employees saw him eating food. Let me add, I had to take my son to get food once we left here... because again, he wasn 't eating. We spent around $500, which is no problem for good food and service. It was a waste in this particular case. I suggest going to Master Kim 's or anywhere else."

"Food: I saw a lot of good reviews most of them are non koreans and was recommended by Korean community for Cold Noodles 냉면 about this place but it was rather underwhelming. The noodles were cooked properly but sauce was not impressive which was very red so I was expecting spicy. There was not even any thin slice of pork meat that usually is served on top of the noodles. Just half boiled egg, cucumber pickled radish slices. The portion was average. The pork with spicy sauce served with the noodles was a bit smelly. Ambience: It is a typical mom pop restaurant. I don't think the price point does not match with the atmosphere/interior. Service: The food came a bit slow. There was only one casher/serving staff who was nice and friendly. Hygiene: Utensils, cups were clean but the floor was filthy : Price: I know Korean foods in the US in general is higher price point but why does it have to be more expensive than LA? Especially when side dishes Kimchi, pickled yellow radish, pan fried odeng, radish kimchi are served in a disposable Styrofoam plate. Restroom: It was fairly clean. Location: It is conveniently located in South West called second Chinatown, near Walmart Supercenter, Hobby Lobby, Ross and Lowe's so it is good to eat there before/after shopping. Parking: The establishment is in the shopping area so there is a plenty of parking. Etc: They do not serve alcohol beverage.[Will I be back?]As a Vegas local and I do not visit the area often so I don't think I will be back on my own anytime soon but I would give it another shot for different foods if there anybody wants to visit when I am in the area."

"This place is a hype AF, today I had the lunch special 3 rolls perfectly made.Spicy crunchy tuna, a vegetable roll and a white tuna roll. The location isn’t my favorite but the sushi is.It’s run by a couple of older folks that are attentive knowledgeable and kind.This place has been here for 18 years.If you get a chance to stop in I recommend doing so alone and have a memorable lunch."

"I wouldn?t recommend eating here. I ordered pickup for spicy teriyaki chicken. I got home and ate around half my order before I felt something poking the inside of my mouth. I pulled a long piece of steel wool from the inside of my mouth!!!! So gross!! Ijust couldn?t get over how a piece of dish cleaning wear ended up in my food. I wanted to throw up. I immediately threw all myfood away. I personally won?t be returning. I feel like there are many sanitary issues going on if I?m getting dirty dishcleaning wear in my food. I debated on writing this review for over a week because I want to support this business. They reallydo give good portion sizes for the price you pay. But if you?re looking for a place where you?re expecting sanitary food, thenyou should probably consider another place."

"We were seated and we had a couple of questions about the menu but it took a while for them to get answered. Unfortunately our grill kept going out and we were not aware that someone cooks the meats for you not that you do it yourself like other places we had frequented. They had a variety of choices available we did not do the hot pot we only participated in Korean BBQ It came with an assortment of accoutrements and the beverages were purchase separately of course we did get some appetizers which were brought out after our barbecue that was odd. Other than that 4 out of five I will return to try again."

"Honestly, this is the best Kung Pao chicken I've ever had. To be fair, I haven't been to any really upscale Chinese restaurants, but I've always wanted to enjoy Kung Pao chicken because it sounds amazing. Unfortunately, most places I’ve tried include too many vegetables, are not spicy enough, or the chicken just isn't good. However, this restaurant nailed it in every way. The chicken was spicy and full of flavor, and there was a perfect amount of it. I requested it extra spicy, and I can definitely feel that extra kick from the spice they used. I give it a perfect 10/10—definitely order it with white rice!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. I requested regular, not super spicy, ramyun tteokbokki, but it arrived overloaded with gochugaru, making it taste more like kimchi with rice cakes. Not only was it far too spicy, but it completely ruined the flavor."
