"I've already eaten here and the food was great and the service is fine. Not bad. But I brought some friends here for the first time a day to share my experience, we waited 20 minutes for the waitress to finally come to our table. When she finally came after our signals, which she did not ask us what we wanted to drink or order, we stood there with her pad and pen, we had to ask her if she wanted to start with drinks first or also take orders for meals, she replied that it doesn't matter as if it simply wanted to get it, with and took all our orders. After we got our meals, we realized that we had no napkins or forks and knives and had to go to the counter and inform them, came and put it on our table without good disposition or smile or any questions whether we needed anything else and never came back. There was a strange odour from the bathroom, but we didn't want to get any more posture with the waitress so we didn't mention it. Our friends are pretty cold and we still have a great time and apologise for how maybe she had a bad day. But that was the first time I've ever felt like not even giving tips. The food itself has always been delicious, but it's kind of disappointing when you say great things about a place to your guests and then it turns out that it's not what they thought was the experience."

"This is like second time that I stop just to see if there was or is any change on my experience but not really I ordered a quesabirria and tacos Al pastor which the tacos the meat was burned taste like charcoal meat as usually as my second time the quesabirria was for my son which he was disappointed and complained with me because the birria is supposed to be shredded meat which it had a big piece like 4 oz with lettuce and grated or better grounded cheese which that’s not a quesadilla goes but anyway as a Mexican I I couldn’t call Mexican food and other that not are Mexican I understand that they like because they don’t really know the real Mexican food but anyway hope they get a real chef and better recipes not like all neighbors restaurants ways"

"We got the shrimp tostada and it was to die for, so well seasoned and marinated. Very flavorful. The Chiles Rellenos (never had before but) were so good, tender and flavorful. The pumpkin flower quesadilla I just got to be a quesadilla and wasn’t expected much but I was pleasantly surprised! The crema on top and everything came together really nicely. The tartness… Ooooh, so good Don’t miss out on the HUGE tamarindo btw. Would go again, again, again, and again, even if the place is an hour away from me. An unintentionally great pit stop"

"We would always order from this place and never had a problem up until recently. Not sure if they changed owners or cooks but the about a month ago, the cemita we ordered came burnt while the churros were raw. Then the girl that answers the phone seems like she doesn't know what shes doing. We always have to repeat our order like 3 times for her to get it. And they have also raised their prices. Such a disappointment. Unfortunately they have lost a customer."

On the packaging, Quetzally Mexican Food’s messaging thanks you for your order, and states, “Enjoy the flavors of Mexico!” Quetzally delivers, and the flavors are palatable perfection.The soft and warm corn tortillas are gluten-free, one of the choices, with flour being the other, are homemade and delicious. The entrees consisted of Al Pastor Tacos, and Barbacoa Tacos. The Al Pastor Tacos were cooked with a beautiful balance of flavors. The pineapple ratio used in the recipe was just right. When you add your choice of spicy or mild sauce, you bite into a mouthful of savory and spice, and a fabulous delight. Awesomely appetizing.The Barbacoa Tacos were good, but not as juicy as expected, after eating the Al Pastor. Still you could taste the mixture of flavors fresh cooked beef, with slight tangy, and tartness. As I ate each one of the three tacos to the order, I wished there was one more there. The food left me craving more, and the package’s QR code, when scanned, takes you to an offer for 20% of your order, along with their menu. "When they first opened, I ordered a shrimp burrito through UberEats. It was nothing exciting, I didn't even consider reordering. Cut to, a couple years later, a friend and I looking around for something to eat. We decided against literally everything else on Parsons. Looking in their window, he saw they had birria tacos and wanted to try. We usually get tacos from Maya Taco down on Jamaica, but didn't feel like taking the walk. When we went in, the counter woman was wiping down the dining area. When this space was a chicken spot, there was more seating and front room space. Now the dining area consists of a low counter facing the picture window. Maybe they needed more kitchen space. They sell canned soda and Jaritos. They also have fresh lemonade, Jamaica and horchata in counter top juice dispensers. There was no one else inside when we went in, but as soon as we started looking over the menu, so many delivery drivers came in to pick up orders! We got a couple birria, a chorizo, shrimp and a chicken tacos. Everything was ridiculously flavorful. We enjoyed the taste so much that we immediately ran out for a couple more birria. The birria tacos don't come with consommé. Which is odd to me. They do come with a green or red salsa and a guacamole sauce. The guac sauce is completely tasteless. The pepper sauces are savory and spicy but not inedible. Homemade Taqueria has become my go-to spot for tacos. I've also had their beef and chicken empanadas. The chicken was good, beef was a little off. I haven't tried the rest of the menu, but it looks promising."

"If I could give it negative stars I would! Made a huge order and asked for cheese on my tacos. Of course they did not put any when i already had ask when ordering my food. I ask if i can pay for a small cup of cheese which I?m able to purchase at everyMexican restaurant I go to. I?m told rudely by the female in front they do not sell the cheese to give her back my order so theycan add my cheese. I told her forget it and left. I spent so much money on my order but couldn?t get a small cup of cheese butyou easily took my money. I went to another restaurant where I?ve always get amazing service and purchased the cheese and saucesthere. The nachos were bland with no flavors. Tacos were okay. The consomé was watery and had no flavor, and beans were salty.Wanted to give this place a shot because the food look great but was definitely disappointed with the food and rude service.
