"The waitstaff is friendly, efficient, and not intrusive. I implore all restaurants to verbally check on the table once after bringing the plates and then simply pass by and check on the drinks afterwards. Speaking of plates, I had the sashimi. It was obviously fresh. There was very little fish odor, which is how it should be. It was very traditional and consequently, delicious. A small garden salad, and miso soup preceded the main dish; both of them were delicious. One my co-diners had a sushi plate, another, who in general does not like seafood, had chicken katsu and was pleased with it. The fourth diner had a steak and chicken dish that looked absolutely delicious to me. Although I usually will try something from the other plates, if offered the opportunity, I did not do so this time, except for a piece of sushi, because I did not want to ruin the joy on my tastebuds that was the sashimi. I want to return many times in order to try the expansive menu because it seems as if close attention is paid to everything done at Yokoso, in Fredonia."
