"The young woman at the front counter, along with the rest of the team, did not wear name tags, making it difficult to identify who was working there. They were extremely rude and made it hard to interact with them. I placed an online order at 6:15, arrived at the restaurant at 6:35, and was rudely told to wait until 7:10 before my order was even acknowledged. The food had been sitting out for at least 10 minutes before I received it, and it was cold by the time I got it home. The staff was unapologetic and seemed annoyed that I had been waiting. Overall, the service was poor, the food quality was lacking, it was too expensive for what I received, and the food was cold. I will not be ordering from here again. It was not worth my time or money."
