"So me and my boyfriend love coming here for personalized pizzas, and have many times at this point, however since the onset of our visits we notice we've only been greeted once or twice, the people working are usually terribly slow, lack of energy overall, and I have to really direct them. If there's 4 or more poeple in line, expect to be here for a while unless you got lucky with a speedy line worker. As of late, the workers are never in the lobby/main pizza making area and they have closed early on a number of occasions! They start cleaning up 1-2 hours early and literally turn off some of the lights to, I'm guessing, make it seem like they're closed. We still like the pizza because well, we're the ones saying how we like it, but this place needs a serious revamp on management..:someone to direct the childeren working here, and more oversight on customer service."
