"Seriously?!! Come on, this is a fine dining restaurant very unprofessional! Feels like roadside diner gives better service! BC’s Kitchen meals cost way more than Diner but for “ranch” charges extra! And kid’s meal come with soda or drink, not even told us that if kid wants a root beer will be an extra $4.00!!! Yes it’s only $0.50 for ranch and $4.00 for root beer but the Principle!!! $10.00 kid’s meal $4.00 root bear adult meal!! On top of it our server not even bother to tell us about kid’s meal “ice cream dessert” supposed to come with it! Cheated and ripped off, is that your policy to not telling the customer if any extra charges??? Because we asked, why not tell us?!! And is that your policy to charge soda extra on kid’s meal but it’s OK to not give their desserts even that all written clearly on your kid’s menu?!! Is this how BC’s Kitchen runs? Be careful guys, don’t forget ask them for everything you want during place your order unless you want them to charge you whatever and however they like!!! And don’t forget your kid’s dessert too because they will not being honest tell you or ask you!"

"My 1st visit I literally had the best steak I have ever eaten, Absolutely Amazing. Unfortunately it was shortlived my second visit we got onion rings as an appetizer when they came they were cold , we told the waitress she took them back , when she brought them back they were the same onion rings just tossed back in the oil. They were so tough we couldn't eat them! I ordered the 16oz ribeye and lobster tail but Im 90% sure I got a 12oz new York strip .no big deal if it was good unfortunately it was tough overcooked. The Lobster was perfect my wife just got potato skins they were tough as well, she didn't even eat them. The waitress was amazing but she knew the food was not good was very apologetic. I'm not one to rule out a place based on a single experience especially since my 1st experience was so amazing. Last week we go back invite some friends ordered the onion rings fried mushrooms they were delicious. I get the 16oz ribeye and lobster again.the steak Was tough dry I didn't finish it, the lobster was good again. My friends had the ribeye they didn't finish half of it and didn't take it to go it was so bad. My wife had a baked potato she said it was hard. the table next to us complained about their steaks being so tough they couldn't eat it also. My friends left hungry looking for a snack after paying $40 a person. I was embarrassed taking them there offered to pay for their meal. Our 1st sign should have been that the place was dead on a Saturday night at 6:30 because again our 1st visit it was so crowded that there was a pretty good wait time. I don't know what changed but I hope they get it together. Unfortunately that was probably my last visit. The waitress was amazing is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars."

"We got a couple drinks to go with the Jalapeño hush puppies for apps and Mushroom grit cakes for dinner. This dish is rich; definitely good decision to split. Both excellent choices. Colin our waiter was great. Because we were splitting the mushrooms, Mario brought us an extra plate which was warm we appreciated the awareness and kind gesture."

"Came here on mother's day and a few times before. My husband and I are so obsessed with the Cuban Quesadilla. I've also had the mahhi mahi tacos and love them. I got a huge delicious margarita, though it was a little light on the alcohol. Great overall experience though, especially when you sit on the patio on a beautiful day."

"Burgers were charred black and dry as cardboard. Absolutely no flavor. Waited over 30 minutes for our food. Chair cushions were ripped open with stuffing coming out. Floor was so dirty my feet were sticking to it. Our server was very friendly and did her best."
