"We had a reservation for 8:30 PM and were seated right away. However, our waitress took a long time to take our drink and food orders. After waiting about 30 minutes, we asked her about our food, and she kept saying the kitchen was slow. To speed things up, we decided to order our desserts at that time, and surprisingly, they arrived just five minutes later, even before our food (which was only three orders of wings). When the wings finally came, one of the orders was incorrect, and the waitress blamed the kitchen for the mix-up. We also ordered a drink from the bar but had to remind her about it twice. Although she offered us a small discount, our entire meal took much longer than it should have. The highlight of our experience was the drink runner, who did an excellent job keeping our waters and sodas filled!"
