"Go to Hardees in St. Pauls, NC almost every morning. In the last two weeks I have had to take my order back twice. The first time bacon egg was so hard and burnt I couldn't eat it. The second time which was this morning I paid for bacon egg and got grits. Management is awful and they was a car parked at the door and people couldn't get out of drive thru and no one ask him to move. Had to back out of drive thru and go in. They have lost my business!"

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Stopped by on June 6th at 7pm. Tried to order through drive through but the person kept interrupting with the wrong order. This happened 3 times before I parked and went in. The man was not wearing a mask behind the counter and started blaming me for him not being able to hear my clear and consice order. I explained to him I was borderline yelling at the box outside. The man said I was lying. I asked if he was telling me I was wrong. He said yes, your wrong. There are limited jobs out here. You would think people would be carefull how they talk to customers. This man was rude and was not following guidelines set by his own store. A review of this mans performance at least is necessary. I will be contacting corporate and BBB about my interaction today as well."

"I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed confused and unaware of what was happening. I ordered two chicken strip platters, which were supposed to come with coleslaw and toasted bread, but instead, I received five chicken strips and fries. When I brought it back to the front, the cashier insisted that it was what I ordered, but I wasn't happy at all. I don't think I'll ever return to this place; the food was subpar, the tables were dirty, and overall, it was just a poor experience."

"I’ve tried this Hardee’s several times while the other 2 in Charleston have great food this one falls short. 3 times in a row something has been wrong on my order. "Absolutely has done downhill. George yelling at everyone behind the counter, finally calls out my order, I go up to grab and confirm. He confirmed I had the right order. Got home? "The lady working the front counter was EXTREMELY courteous. So helpful and it was apparent she cared about her customers. Her attention to details in the restaurant was obvious as she constantly cleaned, worked on restrooms while we were there and more. Refreshing to see someone care that much these days. "I used the app to order. It was easy. My burger was hot and fresh and the fries were better than any around my area. The restaurant was clean and inviting and the staff were friendly and smiling. This place is on Crain Hwy but only has acces tonorth bound lanes. Location is good but its situated terribly. Easy to pass the entrance and you can only turn right out of itunless you drive around the back. Over all, it was a good experience and a great meal."

"When thinking about fast food, Hardees rarely comes to mind. However, we received coupon fliers in the mail and decided to give them a try since it had been years since my last visit. My wife and I ordered the BLT chicken sandwich and the Nashville hot chicken sandwich which were both excellent. My daughter ordered the hot ham and cheese which had a very generous amount of ham, she said it was excellent as well. We will definitely be back to give Hardees another try in the near future!"

"I had a great experience at the restaurant. The burger was delicious, and I also tried the chicken sandwich, which was really good. The place appeared very clean, and the staff was friendly. "I’m not quite sure what you mean, but I just had to share my thoughts! I’m from the DC area and I think this place really deserves more recognition. Honestly, I’ve never even seen a Hardee's in Southern Maryland, but I decided to give it a shot based on some strong recommendations. Wow! I think the deliciousness really comes down to their grilled sourdough burger made with real meat, fresh tomatoes, and mayo. It might be more of an East Coast specialty, but it’s absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t stop myself; I kept going back for more bites. It really reminded me of how my mom used to make burgers when I was growing up. I’m giving it a solid 5 stars!"

"I ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers wrapped in lettuce and made sure to confirm three times that they were doubles. Unfortunately, when I picked up my order, I found that they were singles, even though I was charged for doubles. I live 20 minutes away and tried to call several times to resolve the issue, but no one answered. This isn't the first time I've had problems here. Additionally, the wait time in the drive-thru was quite long. It's very frustrating to go through all this trouble to ensure my order is correct and then have no one available to help fix their mistake, especially when living so far away."

"I love Hardee's burgers they are the best. I'd always noticed that the phrase never lost so I did an experiment I didn't eat any fries. When I got home surprise, the fries container was half But let me caution you about the store on JFK McCain Blvrd. DO NOT get large fries, they do not fill the container. You still end up getting small. I was outraged!!!! Never again will I buy at that restaurant. Also, got a bacon cheeseburger , just got a burger not even with cheese."

"I honestly don’t know what to say about this place except HELP! There are so many issues that I can't even list them all. I will say, though, that I thoroughly enjoyed (sarcasm intended) overhearing the cook in the back venting about his personal problems with child support and “baby mama” drama. At one point, I watched him open a box of tenders that had been sitting under the warmer, touch them, inspect them, and then say, “Nah, they ain’t too old, you can serve them,” while preparing an order for the drive-thru. My review? SOS! SEND HELP IMMEDIATELY! And before anyone points this out, yes, I did give them a second chance after my previous 2-star review regarding that overcooked Chicken Sandwich (see picture below). That was my mistake, and I own that. But I won’t be making that error again. Beware of the "New" Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. The filet barely covers the bread, it’s extremely dry, and way overcooked. Please, for the love of all that is good, change your grease! I got just the sandwich, not the combo, and it cost me $4.26 (including tax). I won’t be returning anytime soon, and if I do, it certainly won’t be for their Chicken Sandwich. What a disappointment."

"The only reason I didn't give this restaurant a one-star rating is that I understand that, like any other establishment, they might occasionally run out of certain items. However, it’s hard to believe that they were missing about three-quarters of the ingredients in my order. For instance, it seemed they were out of mayonnaise, as there wasn't any to be found. I also suspect I received the last piece of bacon; otherwise, there should have been at least three more pieces on my sandwich. I’m not sure what happened there, and if they were aware of the shortages, they certainly didn’t inform me. Furthermore, I have a strong feeling they have completely run out of curly fries, and shakes are not available either, so don't get your hopes up for those."

"The speaker was malfunctioning, but that was fine because I can share my experience face to face. We ordered the 10-piece chicken delicacy meal, which comes with a family side and a half-gallon of tea. My little cousin Lily and I decided to have a picnic in the truck. I asked if we could get some plates, spoons, and forks, along with two cups of ice. They informed me that they needed to prepare something and suggested I wait. While we waited, they brought out our cups and the half-gallon of tea. The food arrived hot and fresh, complete with spoons and sauces. Everything was delicious, and the service was excellent! "The dasher definitely deserves 5 stars, but if it were up to me, Hardee's wouldn't earn even one. The dasher informed me that they never received my order due to issues with their system. I reached out to support (who were fantastic, by the way), and they managed to contact Hardee's directly to place the order for me. The dasher also confirmed that she placed the order after figuring out how to resolve the issue on her end. Despite two people attempting to ensure the order was made correctly, 75% of my order was missing from the bags. I ordered four combos and two extra sandwiches, but only received one combo. I ended up having to place another order elsewhere and wait all over again!"
