"**Crab Rangoon:** These were possibly the best I've ever had, featuring real and noticeable pieces of crab inside, unlike many other places that serve more of a crab-flavored cream cheese. **Fried Tofu:** While this was probably the least exciting item we ordered, it still had a nice texture and paired well with the dipping sauce provided. **Chicken Wings:** Simple yet delicious. The breading was unique and well-seasoned, with what appeared to be black pepper, and they were served with a sweet chili sauce. The wings were cooked to perfection—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. **Tom Kha Soup:** This soup delivered exactly what we hoped for, with a wonderful balance of creaminess, a touch of acidity from the lime, and just enough heat (we chose medium). **Green Curry:** It wasn't as spicy as I expected (I opted for hot), but it was still packed with flavor. The herbs really stood out, and the meat and vegetables were cooked just right. **Drunken Noodles:** This was my favorite dish. The variety of textures from the vegetables was fantastic, and the chicken remained juicy. The sauce was extraordinary, with the Thai basil contributing a strong flavor that complemented the spice perfectly. We ordered this hot as well, and it was just right—not too spicy to be overwhelming, but certainly enough to know it packed a punch. The wide rice noodles were a delightful textural contrast, resembling a rice noodle version of pappardelle, and soaked up the sauce beautifully. Overall, we would definitely order from here again. It’s uncommon for us to enjoy everything we try from a menu, but everything was flavorful and well-prepared. My only minor complaint is that the prices felt a bit high for the portion sizes in some cases, but this didn’t detract from the positive experience we had."
