"First time. Poor server, unknowledgeable of dim sum menu. Wanted crunchy noodles, whereas was told they weren’t on the dim sum menu. However, table next to us, enjoying a plate full of crunchy noodles. Next, we were told you were out of pork ribs on the dim sum menu. Following that, we were told the long rolls people had ordered off the dim sum menu were like Mexican churros and that our soup choice was not on the dim sum menu. Wrong again. Because two tables ordered soup and rolls, no sugar, and were dipping them in the soup, along with their dim sum choices. Finally, our first experience poor and perhaps had we had a more knowledgeable server we might have returned for lunch."

"we (my important other i) may come here just a 2-3 per year, but we always seem to enjoy the eating here. to be honest, we order in the rule only from the sushi page of the menu, but all so often we order from the other options that they usually have nothing bad to say about the art and wise how to eat. the only negatiw that is not a real negative is the prices we sushi eat quite often in front of a southern city location seems to stack here really fast? but again this is not really a big negatiw, just something you have to keep in mind when ordering"

"I’ve been going to Fugakyu for decades. It’s a classic. The problem is with their takeout. They never, ever manage their online queue with any level of accuracy. Whatever time they tell you, add at least 20 minutes (minimum). Tonight is the last straw. Our order was placed at 6:38PM, supposed to be ready 50 mins later. Showed up 7:40PM (60 mins from ordering) with no food in sight. Waited around for 10 minutes before asking the manager for the status. Despite an apology, the order ticket was still far back in the queue. We were told, “come back in 20 minutes”. (We doubled the estimate based on the level of dishevel and the massive takeout queue in the sitting area) We’re out $100 and still didn’t have dinner. After two hours and multiple iterations of being underwhelmed, I cannot defend this place anymore. Don’t go here. It’s not worth it. Meal type: Other"

"Super clean front f the house. No nonsense. Great menu, very diversified. I ordered the Spicy Miso soup, it was perfect, and the Thai Basil fried rice with chicken. The portion size was huge, enough for two people and the flavor was spot on. I have seen this restaurant for some time and never thought of going it. They do a lot of take out business during lunch which made finding a table a breeze. Don't pass Jaiyen up. You will be very happy there. The presentation of the food is also a very nice touch."

"I went to this restaurant for dinner tonight. When it came time to pay, I used Apple pay. The waiter tried to take my phone to process the payment, but I explained that I needed to go with him as Apple pay requires face recognition for authorization. He responded rudely with a dismissive "whatever" before walking away. I was simply trying to assist in the payment process. In my opinion, he was the most impolite waiter I have encountered since moving to Westford last week and trying out 5 local restaurants."

"This is a take-out place, so the atmosphere is unimportant.We order from Montira Thai frequently and the food is always tasty. However, over the past few months, the prices have skyrocketed while the quality has degraded. When a dish says broccoli, one should expect flowerettes not merely sliced up stalks. Raising prices AND reducing quality is a double hit and unfair. I’m hoping someone at the restaurant reads this and reacts accordingly. The food is good. Don’t ruin a good thing."

"Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating and the waiters did a great job of quickly pushing other tables in when it was raining out of the blue. We were under an umbrella and a big tree and didn't have to move and the rain stopped quickly. Our teenage kids weren't in many nice restaurants and they loved the creative starters, especially the homemade croutons on the Caesar salad, delicious! We all had very good meals and were too full for dessert, which is unfortunate because I have eaten the chocolate bread pudding with baileys before and it is divine! There are so many tasty options and we enjoyed the scallops as well as the duck, key lime chicken and the flank. You can't go wrong!"

"Decided to check this place out since I had a $5 off coupon from GrubHub. They a 3 roll lunch combo for $16.50, and they offer quite a few rolls that you don't typically see on lunch combos.I went with the spicy tuna, negi hamachi, and crazy roll. It all tasted fairly fresh. Unfortunately the spicy tuna is really bland. The negi hamachi was by far the best of the 3.With so many great sushi places in the area, I don't think I'll order from this place again. But if you're able to get the $5 coupon I'd say it's worth checking out."

While ordering he called it the deep fried tofu . She said there was bo deep fried tofu on the menu. They went back and forth about git for a moment or two when I realized she knew what he was talking about. She simply refused to add it to the order until he called in homestyle tofu. When i finally got on the phone she took a slightly different tone as A fellow local business owner i know the importance of tone while speaking and i promptly let her know her tone and communication expectation were outlandishly unprofessional she proceeded to hang up on me. Food is usually incredible, but as a patron of this restaurant well over 10 years i 've never felt so disrespected, when all that needed to happen was a simple ok so 2 homestyle fried tofu."

"This was truly the worst restaurant experience. We had a reservation for 6:45pm, showed up at 6:44 to a line of 20 people outside of the restaurant. People were waiting for takeout and to be seated. We called to verify our reservation and was told they’d be seating us soon. We did not get seated until 7:20 and were sandwiches between two other tables, close enough to cough on one another. Nobody came over to us and as we looked around and saw only a few tables had any food we decided this was not the experience we had hoped for. We were not even offered water or a drink order. After 20 minutes sitting and looking at our menus we decided to walk out. Very disappointing and we will never go back. This restaurant cannot accommodate takeout orders and an over full restaurant. Terrible service, no ambience packed in Mike sardines….do not waste your time."

I returned the next day with the receipt to have it replaced with the correct order, but the staff was rude and refused to accommodate my request. Very confusing. Went in there at about 1:30p and sat down when the waiter approached my family an said they closed at 2p. I asked if the food would take long to be prepared and they said no. "After recently moving to the neighborhood, I made a reservation at this restaurant with my friends who had traveled in from the suburbs. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. While pouring our own wine, a gnat landed in my friend's glass, which was quite disturbing. Then, when our first round of sushi arrived, my friend found that her chopsticks were moldy – to the point where the mold was coming off on her hands. Disgusting. We immediately informed our server that we wanted to cancel our order and pay for what we had already received. Despite initially being told that we would have to pay for the sushi that was already made, the manager eventually brought us the bill for only what we had ordered. She also mentioned that they had new chopsticks and had removed all the old ones from the tables. We paid the bill and left for a different sushi restaurant nearby. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."
