"If you live in the Plainsboro, West Windsor, or Princeton Junction area, Mizu is an absolute must-visit. If you're a sushi enthusiast, spending your money on a meal here for lunch or dinner is definitely worth it. They offer a wide selection of fresh, delicious fish options, and their rolls are mouthwatering just to think about. My personal favorite is the nigiri sushi, but it's hard to resist their appetizers and rolls as well! The salmon, ikura, uni, and scallops are all fantastic! They also serve fatty tuna, sweet shrimp, live scallops, madai, and kampachi (seasonally available, but I've noticed they have them in stock more regularly than other local spots). The only downside I found is that the open seating can feel a bit awkward if you're the only couple there (I usually go early), but I’m far more focused on enjoying the amazing food!"
