"First time there and I enjoyed it. I just feel like the tables were alittle too close but aside from that I enjoyed it. The sushi was delicious and my date really enjoyed the Mongolian beef. Only thing I would like is a little more attention from the server. I was looking too long for him while he was at the hostess stand talking. But he was very knowledgeable and generous."

"Absolutely the best fried rice I've ever had! I tried the steak fried rice, and it’s quite different from traditional Chinese fried rice. It's incredibly delicious, tastes fresh, and the steak is always cooked to perfection; it's never tough to chew. I've visited several times with my family and can confidently say the quality is consistently excellent. The customer service is fantastic—every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. The sushi is outstanding, always fresh each time we order it. The seasoning on the chicken is delightful and comes with a wonderfully sweet sauce. The pork egg rolls are a must-try—crispy and delicious every single time! We also enjoyed the ramen noodles; the broth has an amazing flavor. Everything we've tried has been exceptional, and we’ll definitely keep coming back. I also have to mention the steak with noodles, which was fantastic. I can't recommend this place enough! Plus, the prices are very reasonable. It truly is the perfect spot! Thank you, Fuji Sushi!"

"eating was very good! the host who sat us was so helpful to explain his ordering process, it is all done on their handy. service was good and our server were very attentive. my friend and I hadn't seen us for months, and because the terrace wasn't crowded, we stayed up and just enjoy any other company. it was hot and damp with a small brise and after two refills on our water they cut us off. we had paid our register card, so I think they didn't want to be harassed by us anymore. the restaurant was not busy, it was about 1:30, and no amount, so I am not sure why a refill was on our water. I recommend this place, but try not to overlay her welcome I got a response to my review that I thought was very sincere. it is caught in the photos. so I added another star. next time I visit I'm sure I'll give it 5 stars"

"This was our 3rd visit. We have tried Tom Yum soup...very good. Sushi, shashimi, kung pao chicken. Fish was fresh and the Kung Pao was not overy sweet as it can be sometimes. We prefer it not sweet, and actually could have been a little less, but the best we've had around here. No complaints about any of the food. We are going back today. No lunch specials on Sunday, but that's ok. I am getting Tom Yum soup again. The restaurant seemed very clean, which we also appreciate. Keep it up. We are fans!"

"We were starving from our trip, Vermont to NC so, we had to make a stop and eat. Of all the restaurants we checked via Google maps, Miso got our interest. It was a great choice because their food are all healthy and palatable. Our 8 year old son loved his Chicken Katsu. Our two year old girl enjoyed her Chicken Ramen Noodle soup. Our thirteen year old got very much occupied with his Chicken Teriyaki. My husband chowed down his Shrimp Broccoli and for me, I was very much satisfied with my Chicken Broccoli. Here's the kicker, we ordered Pan Fried Gyosa (fried pork chicken dumplings) and sweet potato rolls... They we're exceedingly scrumptious that I forgot to take a picture of them. Lol! I realized it by the time they were gone. Oh, how we missed those appetizers."

"When I called to express my dissatisfaction, the girl who answered said her manager was beside her and overheard my complaint. She mentioned that when the ribs come without sauce, they tend to burn. While I understand that, I still think it's unacceptable. The ribs were burned regardless of the sauce. The person responsible for packing the food should have known better than to send out what I received. What if I were allergic to sauce? Would that mean I have to settle for burned food? It's very disappointing because I had enjoyed their food before and was looking forward to ordering again. It’s especially frustrating since they didn’t seem interested in resolving the issue."

"I ordered gyoza, spicy tuna roll, crispy rice with spicy tuna on top, sashimi salad and a beef bento box. What I would recommend from what I ordered: The Gyoza was good and the bento box was good. What I do NOT recommend: This sashimi salad is a joke! I basically paid $20 for lettuce with fish on top! Save yourself the money and buy a salad mix from the store and eat that. I order from a killer restaurant in Mid City LA, Yukio Kitchen that I compare all my sashimi to. Shame on you for charging so mush for this! A salad is more than just lettuce! Would it kill your to add Pickled radish? Pickled carrot? Seaweed maybe? Tomatoes? Just come on! Rip off! The size is a joke. Size for a kid! Not a full grown adult! Give me a break! I'm mad!I DO NOT recommend the crispy rice with tuna on top. I do not recommend! All rice and just a smear of tuna on it. Rip off! Cheep skates that cheated me out of tuna. No where else skimps this hard! It is cooked not raw fish which is not what i was expecting. The fish is bland. The only flavor is from the jalapeño on top. So, maybe they did me a favor for cheating me out of the tuna since it was flavorless boo boo. I DO NOT recommend the spicy tuna roll. They skimp on the tuna. It's 90% rice 2% cucumber and maybe 3% tuna. It has little to no flavor. It has heat but no flavor. I won't order here again. Complete rip off and no pride or integrity in the food. Such a shame. This place was good pre-pandemic. Order bento box and stay away from the sushi and salad."

"very bad quality sushi and chirashi. visited with my wife children ordered sushi, chirashi and udon. fish was not fresh for syahi and not so many fish species. chirashi was very bad quality even price was $25. aborted chirashi order. udon was typical Chinese style suppe not Japanese style suppe. if you want a good Japanese restaurant with quality, then you will find another place. Sushi cook was crazy when I canceled Chirashi order. he thinks better to improve more quality instead. this is my recommendation. the waitress was very nice."

"Generous serving sizes. Tasty sushi. Edamame is complimentary, unlike some sushi places. Cucumber salad was good but I wouldn’t recommend the octopus add-on (was not very fresh). Friendly staff. And it’s nice to see some female sushi chefs. The patio area looks great for nice days. They have some oversized games to keep kids and adults entertained. Would love to see more diverse beer options, especially with a beer bar next door. Regardless, I highly recommend this restaurant."

"Ordered 3 meals (General Tso chicken, chicken teriyaki, and Chicken pad thai) for about $40 altogether. The chicken teriyaki taste was no better than Panda Express. The chicken pad thai had a great amount of noodles but lacked chicken and other veggie items included in usual pad thai meals. And then the General Tso chicken was so watery that while the meal was in the to go bag/container, it spilled on my wife while driving home. Other places with better quality General Tso chicken provides a thick sauce whereas this place gave a watery Tso sauce. The actual taste wasn't bad but it wasn't great as well. For $30, you do get a lot of meal but it's only good food, not great. I'll stick to other Chinese and Thai places in the Fredericksburg area as I dont see myself coming back even if the prices/quantity was on the good side."
