"I’m going about town trying decaf lattes, so I decided to try this Commonwealth location after not coming since pre-pandemic times.First, it’s a very cute little shop. The ambiance is nice for reading or studying or having a chat with a friend.The decaf latte tasted okay, similar to Merit but not as flavorful. It was barely warm, though, which meant half of my latte had to be sipped on cold.I ordered a chocolate croissant and had a seat at the couch. The table and couch were dirty. I waited 20 minutes for my croissant and realized they forgot about me. There is a server walking in front of me every 20 seconds. I’m in clear view of the cashier and everyone working here. I had to go up and inquire about my food. They said sorry and quickly handed me a cold croissant. So now I have a cold croissant to go with my cold latte.It’s a shame because the place is really cute, and the people seem nice, but the service is severely lacking. I had a much better experience at Merit, which is also super busy. I will probably not be returning again."
