"so my man and I came around 19 on Saturday night. apparently they had a big one to go for 25 people order. wrong time to dive. the woman in the register made us feel terrible! she hastened us and managed to overcome the stress of multitasking clearly. she even made the other female workers feel stressed and grabbed her several times when she only tried to help her fill the commands. the same woman grabbed other customers as if she had her fault she had a big to order to go. lady, if you don't come out with the heat from the kitchen! these women have to work in the back, not to do with customers. they even gave a loud sarcastic breath and grunt when my man asked for a bag and lid for our remaining food. I'm sorry we disturbed her. there was only one more couple that was there in all our time. I would suggest that the manager looks his camera shot from Saturday 22 jan around 19 o'clock and this woman step back and forth to throw her hands into the air to grab other employees and customers. the food was decent, but the customer service was so bad I will not return to this restaurant."

"Stopped in upon a recommendation from the Amtrak train conductor as a good food joint near the train station. Enjoyed the food and hospitality. The portions were large and everything was cooked just right. The seafood diner with linguini was chocked full of shrimp and tasty psuedo-crab while the half 3 Rivers sub was just a bit too much to finish in one setting. Would recommend for other Amtrak (or Greyhound) passengers due to the close proximity."

"Ordered a pie and hoagie from Shadyside after being put on hold >5 minutes 3 times from the downtown location. Very chain like pizza. Dry. Boring. Not a true Pittsburgh style pizza. Pricey in comparison to local neighborhood pizza shops. Not worth the time or money. Very bland. Ho-hum. Yawn....will never order again and I do not recommend that you try it. Roll the dice one more time, whatever you come up with will be better than Pizza Parma."

"When I was new in the area, I asked a barista in one of the local cafes when he knew good local restaurants and the first place he mentioned was Olympic Pizza. I had her chicken finger several times and as someone who feels like she didn't taste good food in a while, that was just mouthwater. The chicken fingers were hot and crispy, cooked to order. I'm originally from Miami and got my chicken finger wraps from the Publix, so that's a big compliment! I recently had her Chicken Slouvaki Pita and it met my expectations. Absolutely impressed by this place. I wish this kind of spot existed in most corners to be honest!"

"Friend took me here ranting about this place how good it is, we both get steak Bombs with extra cheese (only American) we go outside as she in pain has hard time walking n standing I walk her car then go back inside check on our order. I get our order bring it to her she at first so happy very hungry besides in pain til she opens her sub to realize cheese stringy, doesn't taste right n will not eat it as not American cheese. She in so much pain unable walk over without help that I offered go inside for her see if I can get it fixed for her. I go inside show them the sub they use there fingers n say that's American cheese n will not remake it n refuses to do anything about it especially after they handled it with there fingers in the sub which is nasty already to give back a customer a sub that multiple ppl touched n chuckle at there face. I go back out explain what happen n she threw that sub instantly away. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be reporting to board of health that they put there fingers in food n gave it back to a customer which is disgusting itself n they rewrapped up the sub like was no big deal. Not mention from when I walked back in did I see him clean his hands at all before even touching n prodding the sub. Only thing good was the onion rings yet they were super greasy. She used to love eating here n lost a long term customer"

"what can I say, but wow. I have the two pizza 2 topping deal, those were my choices. so delicious. I couldn't stop. I had 5 discs before someone else had one. I asked for her garlic sauce on both instead of red sauce and it is a very good garlic base. the teig is perfectly cooked and chewing, only thick enough to keep everything. "The best nachos: I ordered nachos and put vegetarian, no meat please in the notes. I was worried because a lot of places it 's just meat and sad orange cheez goop. There were caramelized onions. Seasoned black beans. I think a mix of cheddar and othercheeses. Jalapeno. And broccoli? It might sound weird but I wanted something healthy... Well at least with some real veg andthis scratched that itch so good. These are like luxury nachos and I think they cost less than $10. My boyfriend got a BLT wrapand they toasted that wrap crispy. This place is great. Not just your average pizza subs joint."

"Food was not made as specified on their website. When i called to have the issue rectified they refused stating that it wasnt listed on their website. I double checked to be sure and they lied, their website lists sandwiches with ingredients on them that they claim doesnt actually come on the sandwiches. Their website needs to be fixed to reflect the ACTUAL ingredients of their sandwiches instead of lying to people. The one sandwich they did make right was gross. The meat was rubbery, hard and dry and flavorless. I will not be ordering from here again and i do not recommend them at all."

"Let me start out by saying the food is great but the owner is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever spoken to. He will not give you his name and will argue with you over a missing salad dressing. I will also state a large group of people place these orders as least weekly and have placed thousands of dollars worth of orders in 2023 alone. We will now be looking for another local pizza company that will be grateful for our business. Good luck to the employees who have to work for such a terrible individual. Little do you know those thousands spent there in 2023 were on my credit card and myself and others will not be ordering from such a terrible business owner. You may still have other co workers order there but it will be very few and orders will be very minimal for 1-2 people. It’s very amusing that you are trying to make yourself look good by lying in the review and to literally yell at a customer over “blue cheese” and hang up on them. You clearly are too big headed of a business owner and just remember who pays your bills, the customer. Good luck with all your future business"

"I ordered a steak tip salad, and for just $12 or $13, they give you a generous portion of steak tips! Every time we order pizza from this place, it’s always delicious and cooked to perfection. This restaurant consistently delivers great quality pizza. A while ago, we mistakenly ordered a pepper and onion pizza, but the person on the phone heard pineapple instead. When we called back to clarify, they quickly delivered a new pizza in just a few minutes. Their customer service is excellent, and the delivery drivers are friendly."

"I've visited this restaurant before, and typically, both the food and service are quick and satisfying. However, tonight I encountered a small issue due to a miscommunication between the kitchen and the cashier regarding my order. I had ordered an 8-piece buffalo fingers dinner, but instead, I received 8 plain chicken wings. While it was a minor issue, I called to confirm that there was no price difference and to ask if I could get some buffalo sauce. The cashier apologized for the mistake but was hesitant to believe that I had received plain wings. Overall, I still recommend this restaurant. I’m sharing this experience for future customers and to include a photo so that they can be believed in similar situations."

"Man! I am Greek and have been eating gyros all over for a good 20 years and I have not had one that wasn't home made as YUMMY as this one was. They portioned it out on a plate that had separators on it so none of my food touched which was great because I had salad dressing and ketchup for my french fries.. really made me happy just because of their plate haha.. The dressing for the salad was amazing.. The french fries are Krispy crunchy goodness.. and the gyro was so tasty It wasn't overly salty like some places. This was my first time here I come to Walmart all the time and never knew this restaurant was here, my nail tech mentiined it the other day to me and I had to give it a shot since I was in the area and I am so so glad I did. I will definitely be returning !! The establishment is clean and the front counter staff were young, happy friendly and pleasant.. good job guys!"

"I wish I had read the last reviews, rather than relying on the average star score before ordering. the online order said it would be 50 minutes for delivery. ok, no problem. After the delivery was 15 minutes too late (65 minutes from the order) I called to check and was told to the driver on the way to arrive soon. the driver called 40 minutes too late (90 minutes after the order) to say that he was out. he was at the wrong address. the food finally came 55 minutes late (almost 2 hours after ordering). the food was cold and, when it was heated again, on average best. not the cost or the effort worth, but not bad enough to complain a 2nd time."

"Whenever I order online via door dash or Uber eats I put in special instructions such as extra sauce, or cooked well done ect. And they alwaysssss follow instructions. They send a great amount of garlic bread with their pastas and i love that. Theirgrilled chicken is so delicious I love getting Alfredo from there I think they recently changed the sauce and it's 10 timesbetter than a few years ago !
