"For someone working in fine dinning in downtown Houston and bigger hights I know food, just let me say this place has cost real hand pizza. Not only that the dough I can say is fresh never touch a freezer, the cheese is amazingly not hard on the stomach at all! The wings are perfectly not dry baked and the sweet chili sauce was better then I expected and I want to say it is not made in the house in a box sauce. The delivery came much faster then expected and also I messed up into my correct address and she called almost immediately after the order to fix the problem I made, and the lady I spoke with was also very friendly. Will definitely order pizza from here for now! All I had was pizza and wings, but I will try the rest of the menu soon!"

"I’ve ordered wings from this establishment before and they were excellent! On Sunday, 12/9/23 I placed an order for 25 wings to be delivered. I knew exactly what I wanted and anxiously awaited the arrival of our dinner which was approximated 45 50 min. 1 2/2 hrs later the food arrived, not correct and cold. I called the store I ordered from and they were closed. I called next day to express my disappointment, and ask for my order to be done correctly and I would pick them up another day, NOT a refund. I was notified that was not possible, only a 30% discount on next time order from Manny’s. I am NOT satisfied! I am given owner’s number, so I call and recant situation, to which I am told again he could not remake my order 25 wings correctly another time; only 1/2 of my order 13 wings or a single topping pizza and 10 wings. That is ridiculous! I even said to him I would NEVER pay $32.00 which is what my bill was) for a 1 topping pizza $9.99) and wings $7.99). What a rip off! Other disturbing issue is the owner was telling me he couldn’t satisfy my request and make me whole for their mistakes because he would be fired, but he’d bring the situation to his next weekly meeting. That is insane!"

"I had never tried chicken Alfredo before, but when I visited Ms. Mary's restaurant, I decided to give it a go. It was absolutely delicious! The dish featured tender chicken, noodles, melted cheese, and mushrooms. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. On another visit, I ordered a chicken mushroom pizza, and I have to say, it was far superior to anything from Luna's or Russo. I highly recommend Sicily for authentic Italian cuisine!"

"I ordered a large one-topping garlic pizza using a $9.99 voucher, and I have to say, it was one of the most delicious pizzas I've ever had. When I called ahead to inquire about the voucher, Zoe was incredibly helpful; she encouraged me to place my order in advance so that it would be ready for me upon arrival— and it was even prepared earlier than I expected! The pizza arrived hot, with gooey cheese and a wonderfully tasty crust. The garlic added a special touch that really elevated the flavor. I was truly impressed. Plus, if you happen to forget the voucher, don’t worry—just mention it when you order, and they'll apply it for you! While there is outdoor seating available, I personally found the air conditioning indoors to be a much better option. I highly recommend this place!"

"The best pizza in Sugar Land! The crust is amazing—perfectly chewy without being bread-like. The sauce is excellent, made from a rich tomato base with a unique blend of custom spices. I worked there about 17 years ago and had the opportunity to meet the chain's owner one night in the kitchen. He showed me the bags of the custom spice blend he used for the sauce and even demonstrated how to mix it. It's truly a one-of-a-kind local pizza experience that any pizza lover should definitely try! Everything else on the menu is also prepared in an impeccable Italian cooking style!"

"This is my first time ordering from Pizza Fino. I placed my order before lunch today for a 5pm delivery. The pizza ended up arriving at 5:20 and it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and was told it was a mistake caused by their ordering app (slice) and that I would need to call to have it fixed. I argued that it was their responsibility to fix it, not mine as the customer. Eventually, the manager agreed to remake the order as a one-time gesture. The estimated delivery time was 1 hour, but it took 1 hour and 40 minutes. The pizza arrived cold and lacked any flavor. We ordered the chicken alfredo pizza and cheese pepperoni pizza, but both tasted the same when blindfolded. The pepperoni had slightly more flavor due to the toppings. The crust was bland and tasteless. Overall, I spent close to $60 on 3 pizzas that were supposed to be gourmet quality. With the incorrect order delivered, I now have 6 large pizzas that no one wants to eat due to the lack of taste. Despite the restaurant eventually correcting their mistake (after initially trying to avoid it), I was disappointed in the flavor and quality of the pizza."

"Our visit was pretty frustrating, thanks to Fernando, the guy seemingly in charge of the wait staff. We were just 15 minutes over their closing time, and he’d already told us to pack up and leave three times. We were trying to hurry up, but his rush felt over the top, especially when he mentioned something about needing to get minors home—a point that left us more puzzled than anything.Things really took a turn for the worse when he started yelling from the bar area. I suggested he focus on letting the minors go home if he was so concerned, and that’s when he told me to lower my voice and even threatened to call the police, even when he was the one that started the conversation by yelling literally from the bar.Fernando’s handling of the situation was disappointing, rude, and just plain strange. The food might be good, but with that kind of service vibe, I think I’d rather take an extra few minutes to go somewhere else next time."

"I’ve been ordering here for about a year now. I’m sick of the cheap quality food and customer service on Beacon hill and I am grateful for this pizzeria. They deliver at a reasonable time. I find it best to order on line. Set up a little account you won’t have to deal with Who ever is on shift answering phones. I haven’t had the best of experience with them. The owner try’s his best to keep customers happy. There’s an awesome rewards program that actually pays off. He was also willing to fix any order issues in the past. Oh yea the food is always Bomb! "Ordered 1 med pizza online. Was given a time-frame of approx. 20 min for it to be ready. Showed up at restaurant at the appropriate time figuring it would be ready soon if not right then. Was told at the front register that they were preparing a large order and that my 1 med pizza would take another 30 min. Basically they were putting all orders that came in behind this one large order instead of working on the big order and other orders concurrently... horrible business practice in my opinion, there was no pizza that night and I'll not be returning."

"Stopped by for lunch on a whim while driving through. It is in a neat old building that may have been an former general store or similar. Food was very good, a little more expensive than we expected about $17 for a sandwich, $5 extra if you want fries with it, and $10 for a cup of soup. It seems to be locally sourced so that may explain the higher prices. Would recommend just be aware that its a bit more expensive than other locations in the Adirondack mtns. "UPDATE: Does Mark still own this place? What's going on? I'm not sure what's happened to this place, but they're making a lot of mistakes now. Either they don't bring me something I've ordered, or they don't put what I've ordered into their system so I don't get it at all. When I've called about mistakes, some of the workers seem confused. Not all many are still nice. I really liked this place, but their service is kinda going downhill. For now, I'm not going to be ordering from them anymore. Oh well, it's just pizza. It's a great problem to have in perspective. Regardless, I don't want to spend my money there anymore. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This is the only place I know that has cashews as a topping. If you haven't tried cashews on pizza, you should give it a shot. My absolute favorite pizza is jalapeños and cashews and ranch for dipping. They have Ken's Steakhouse brand ranch, which is the yummy, thick stuff. I don't know what it is about this location, but they have the BEST pizza anywhere in the valley. I simply cannot bring myself to go anywhere else. Expect at least 30 minutes for delivery. I live a little bit further away in Wildomar, and delivery averages about 45 minutes, but that doesn't matter to me, since there's no alternative in my opinion."

"Has been one of my favorite places to eat since it opened. I always place a carryout order and it's ready as soon as I get there at my scheduled time. I just walk up to the bar and someone hands it to me and I can get back to work since I generally have to take a short lunch break. It's convenient. But today frustrated me SO much. I stood at the bar for five minutes waiting for someone to notice and no one did, just got completely ignored. Finally, the cashier gave me attitude and said they're short staffed and that I have to get in line behind the eight people in line to order food to pick up my carryout order.. I straight up told them to cancel the order because carryout is supposed to be convenient and I didn't have time to wait any longer than I already had. I called in to make sure they cancelled the order and they said they'd bring it out to me and I should've called in the first place so they could bring it to my car. Sorry- I placed an inside pickup order because it's freezing and I planned on saving them from having to do curbside. Overall, AWFUL service. Will be a while before I go back if I do again. I try to be understanding- but the worst thing is getting ignored when employees pass you multiple times and then telling you that you should be in line to get a CARRYOUT order. Never have gotten that kind of attitude before. Not planning on getting it again."

"This place is a gem. The place has a nice rustic adirondack feel with a touch of class. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a dogfish head 60 min IPA, ordered the wild mushroom clam chowder soup of the day and crab cakes. The soup was fantastic. The crab cakes were fresh and presented beautifully. There was only one waitress for the entire place so please be patient because it is worth the wait. I am looking forward to returning."
