"I'm really disappointed because we've been ordering from Maya for years. However, the last few times we've gotten food here, it hasn't been as good. We always get the papadum, jalapeno cheese naan, chicken vindaloo, and baingan bharta. I think they must have gotten a new chef this year because the vindaloo is made so differently. It's spicier now which is no problem for me but also tastes strongly of tomato sauce. The chicken hasn't been great quality (sometimes rubbery or with too much skin left on the pieces), the potatoes taste burnt, and there are far too many large chunks of tomato (the dish never had that before). The sauce that comes with the papadum has also changed. It's really not that appetizing anymore. Also, they have forgotten to add the sauces the last few times we've had our order delivered. Again, we've always loved this place but are really disappointed that the quality of the food has declined. Previously, I would have given Maya 5 stars."
