"Even though Sbarro offers delicious food, however, it doesn’t offer proficient customer service. Recently today, I went to my nearest Sbarro to purchase a meal which consists of two pizza slices a drink. I wasn’t aware of how expensive the meal was since the line was a bit busy and fast paced. Once I was informed on the amount of money that I was required to pay, I kindly asked the employee, who was working at the cash register, if she could remove the one pizza slice and the drink. When I kindly conducted that request, she showed me nothing but attitude. It is just sad on how Sbarro makes wonderful food, however, doesn’t get their customer service right. I’m not going to point out the name of the cashier (mainly because I have respect, however, she doesn’t) but they just need to do better with their customer service because if not, what’s the point of going there anyways? Do better!!!!"
