"Got this place delivered after a long day. Online menu shows what comes default on a gyro sandwich but gives option for additional toppings. I started to add lettuce, tomato, and onions just in case, but it started uncharging after the first choice. I added green peppers assuming the other default toppings were included in the price. Why else would they list what comes on the sandwich, right? What arrived was a gyro with only green peppers and gyro meat. No lettuce, tomato, onions, or tzaziki as is stated under the menu item. For $10 for just the sandwich, either the online ordering should be more clear, or they should actually put what the menu lists as standard for the sandwich.The garlic bread was pretty dang good though."

"While the humble looks inside could use a upgrade, don't let the vintage seating fool you. This is a tier 1 place to dine. "I ordered a spaghetti and meatball dinner for myself and a meatball sub for my girlfriend. We picked up the food only living 5 mins away and immediately brought it back. There were no actual meatballs just awkward chunks of meatball like substance and zero sauce on the spaghetti that sat in about a half inch of murky pasta water probably left from not draining the pasta after they heated it up. I didnt even ask for a refund I just left the food on the counter. Disgusting display of food servics. Never going back."

"We are from the city and wanted to grab some pizza after a long day at the beach. We came across this place on Google and were not disappointed at all. It was the best pizza and wings I have ever had, super flavorful and delicious. Even the Caesar salad was excellent, with fresh greens and a crisp texture. The atmosphere made us feel like we were dining at a 5-star restaurant, with a welcoming environment and polite employees. I highly recommend this place, although I couldn't take any photos because we were too busy enjoying our meal."

"Food here is honestly delicious. I can recommend all of the kebab plates and all of the flatbreads/pizza. Very popular with locals of Middle Eastern descent. Pi on Sunset is of the best late night grub spots in the vicinity, as Pi stays open longer than most eateries. "I liked this place. A nice mix of both Middle Eastern items and classic pizza shop items. I decided to try a bit from both of the menus. So, I ordered a create your own calzone with just the classic cheese and sauce as well as the homemade baklava. The calzone was just OK. Nothing too special. It had the cheese in chunks which made for a slightly strange texture. However, the flavor itself wasn’t bad. It seems like they use a variety of different cheeses for their calzone. A tad on the soggy side as well but not bad. Would rather stick the the Middle Eastern menu more. The baklava, however, was very good. I enjoyed that it seemed homemade and fresh. It’s made with pistachios and isn’t overwhelmingly sweet but has just enough sweetness to make it delightful. All in all, a nice spot. Decent pizza and calzones, and really good baklava. Try it!"

"Placed an order on their website that was $75 with the 20% tip I left for the driver. Received a call almost instantly that they didn't have the two bottles of Diet Coke that I ordered.I asked them if they could just credit the amount for the Diet Coke back to my card and receive a credit to my card. Got a no. So, I asked if the driver could just stop by and pick up the Diet Coke at the gas station that is on the way. It was also no.Only solution was to either cancel my entire order that I already paid for and place it again without the Diet Coke or I guess take the order without the Diet Coke that was paid for.First time as a new resident trying to order from this place and this is what happens. It's clear that I won't be ordering from here again."

"I’m really disappointed, as a place close to my home we order from them all the time. Not only have we had so many problems with the food we have had delivered, they normally fix the order if they mess it up and bring us a new one. But they never put in the ranch we pay extra for, they were extremely rude this time when we called about our wing order. We asked for all flats, there’s literally two flats in the whole order and they don’t want to fix it. You’d think a place would be good to it’s loyal customers, but I guess we will have to find a new place to order from regularly."

"We have been ordering from Pasquales Aspinwall location for years, without issue until today. I ordered an xl Buffalo chicken pizza without onions or green peppers, among $50.00 of other items. The call taker read the order back to me “no onions and green peppers”.When the pizza arrives, I immediately called the Aspinwall location to notify them of the mix up, explaining that my son has an onion allergy. The woman was very nice and said she would remake the pizza and sent it out as quickly as possible.A few minutes later, Charlie from the Aspinwall location, called me back refusing to remake the pizza because he “went over it 3 times. I’m not making you another one”. I know that the pizza comes with those items and my son as an onion allergy that’s why I know I specified “no onions or green peppers”.He was very rude and I cannot believe the lack of customer service Charlie displayed during this call. I am appalled he even called me back with such a negative and rude response.I will NOT be ordering from here again."

"Pepperoni Grill or, as I like to say, The Surprising Pepperoni Grill . You never know what you pay or get. I have been there 5 times. After the first visit, I would call and order the exact same sub. And, everytime it has been a surprise charge, today $5 more than the last time. With the surprise sub it 's all the way, or no dressing, mustard or mayonnaise on the sub or on the side. Twice it was on the sub, twice on the side and this last visit, no at all. And sometimes they give a small bag of potato chips, but of course not this time. Overall I paid $5 more today than the last three visits, though each visit had a different price for the same, exact order. I will never go back."

"They were impatient/hectic on the phone when placing an order and then wouldn’t honor a coupon price in-person on pickup, which is currently listed on their main website, and made the excuse that the topping price was outdated on an old menu. If it’s actively listed.. then you can’t just not honor it and charge more. Took my business elsewhere and they scrapped the entire pizza over a marginal amount. It’s not even about the cost/it’s about the initial impression on the phone and their attitude in-person."

"Service: Ordered via Grub Hub. Was given a time to pick up the order and I was even 20 minutes past the time. I arrived and the food was not ready so I had to wait. What is the point of pre-ordering when I have to wait?? Further to this, when asked if my order was not received I was given an excuse about how it might have been cold. Just be honest and tell me you overlooked my order. This is the first time I ordered, and ate, at this place and it did not leave a good impression. Food: Ordered bacon, egg, cheese sandwich. Tasted like your standard bacon egg cheese sandwich. Bacon was crispy though so that was nice."

"The lasagna was exceptional. However, the grilled chicken Caesar salad had more croutons than anything else, and the chicken was tough and chewy rather than tender and flavorful. On a positive note, the Greek chicken soup was ideal for my son, who had just undergone a tooth extraction."
