"We’ve been going to the Hill for years, but never dined at Lorenzo’s until last evening. The photos don’t do justice to the cozy dining rooms and bar area. Staff is very friendly and Antonio was an excellent server. Our family were five celebrating a 25th anniversary. We had Eggplant Parmesan, Polenta and a pizza for appetizers. All were very good. The house salad is delicious as were our entrees. Osso Buco, Veal Risotto, Gnocchi, Angel Hair pasta and Ravioli all very well prepared. Good wine list and just a lovely dinner experience."

"As for the food, it was subpar. The marinara sauce tasted like thick ketchup and lacked any real flavor. It's hard to believe this is the only Italian restaurant where you leave still feeling hungry. The portion sizes made me feel like I had ordered from a children's menu. When I requested some hot giardiniera, he brought out just two tiny portions and asked if I wanted both. I insisted that I needed both. I also asked for Italian dressing but received balsamic instead. I was too hungry to wait for him to come back, and it felt like he would take his time. I ended up eating, but I could have had better food at an Olive Garden in Kentucky. My date ordered a seafood salad that was quite perplexing; I didn't realize celery was considered seafood. Her salad was mostly celery with a few thawed calamari rings. When I mentioned to the waiter that they seemed frozen, he assured me they were fresh and made to order. He misled us. They were clearly previously frozen, quickly thawed, and tossed in oil with a lot of celery. My date has never sent back a meal, but this was the first time I saw her refuse one. The calamari looked like it had "GOODYEAR" stamped on it. There is nothing that would convince me to return to this place. The food and service were both terrible. This establishment should be closed down. If you want a good meal, head to The Rainbow Cafe across the street. This place was just awful."

"Our family of 6 had a really fabulous dinner because we were lucky enough to have the private room. It was the perfect place for the last night of our vacation. We come back every year and don't eat dinner until the last evening of our trip at Tucci Benucch. It has become a family tradition. We love the breadsticks with delicious olive oil, the wine prices are reasonable and there are Italian wines on the list. The food is delicious and the portions are large. Our server was really great too!"

"This is our new favorite local BYOB spot. We've been twice now. The staff is very warm and friendly and the food is superb. If you like well crafted food and are willing to pay for very interesting tasting, beautifully plated food then this is a great place to go. We've been twice and both times they have been great with dietary restrictions as well. It's charming, casual enough to walk in (if you can get in!) but also a great place to take visiting friends and relatives or for a special night out or date. The Wayne area needed a place like this. We'll keep going back for sure."

"Underwhelming Birthday Dinner. We had reserved a table for 7:30 to enjoy the sunset and celebrate, arriving 15 minutes early. Despite being told our table was being set up, we had to wait until 8:00 pm to be seated. Our table had a lovely view, but it was obstructed by others on the balcony. We were moved to a new table just minutes before sunset, which was not ideal. My filet lacked flavor, while my husband's lamb was delicious. The restaurant comped our wine due to the poor experience. They did not offer dessert, so we enjoyed it later at our hotel. Overall, a disappointing experience at what was supposed to be a high-end dining establishment."

"Went for Downtown Dining Week. This restaurant was on the $35 list, however service was significantly below that level. There was a long wait between courses, but plates were not cleared off the table until the next course arrived. Our server appeared very disinterested in our table. It also took a long time for drink orders to be delivered. New silverware was not provided and I was explicitly asked to remove my fork from the plate so the server could clear the plate. The food was decent to good, but nothing special. None of these issues would be that bad had they not all occurred or had the restaurant been on the $25 list instead."

"I've wanted to try this place for a while. They seem to always have a bogo deal when you order online through their website. We ordered a regular crust pizza and it looked thin, which made me wonder how thin is their thin crust??? For the price, the pizza was good. Wasn't the best pizza but I would order form here again. My wife ordered a custom pizza with white sauce, shrimp and other stuff and it had a good amount of shrimp. I had the supreme pizza and looking back at the ingredients on it...The supreme is suppose to have: Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Ham, White Onions, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Jalapenos, Mozzarella Cheese and Our Classic Red Sauce. But when you click to order it online, it says the list of ingredients with. $1 next to it so you build your own supreme pizza but select all the ingredients you want. My wife is particular with pork so the supreme was too porky for her. They have a good amount of topics on it, I would have preferred more,but hey for the bogo price I really can't complain because they need to make enough profit to stay alive."

"This was the first restaurant I visited in Santa Barbara, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The menu offered a delightful mix of pasta, pizza, and other dishes including seafood and risotto. My friend chose the pesto and chicken gnocchi, which was wonderfully balanced, and the addition of pine nuts was a nice touch. I opted for the mushroom risotto, beautifully topped with mozzarella cheese. The outdoor seating was charming, featuring tables with firepits at their centers. The service was prompt, and the prices were quite reasonable. My only complaint was that the salad I ordered was overly drenched in balsamic dressing and had too many red onions, to the point where I found myself picking them off."

"we live in a distance from this restaurant, but we make it a point to stop when we are close. it is definitiw a 15 or 20 minutes away from the next autobahn. the kitchen turns out to be good food throughout and her vene bolognese is one of the best of any bolognese I've ever had. the service is professional, the ambiente pleasant and the view, along the hudson, is beautiful. the prices are also very reasonable. highly recommended."

"With only twenty diners on a Wednesday at 6:30, this restaurant hit all the low notes. Slow service, no drink order taken. Food took 35 minutes, after a 20 minute wait to have order taken. When received, salad dressing was incorrect, both dishes were swimming in sauce (more like soup! and the veal was inedible, tough and full of gristle. Three bites were all I could manage, one of which I rejected and left on the plate. If gnocchi is their speciality, they should practice a little more. One dish undercooked and one, doughy and overcooked. Not worth a second visit."

"Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. "The unsanitary practice I witnessed at Green Fusion is appalling. I realize everyone is short on staff, however with covid and germs in general, staying safe and good sanitary practice is important. Last evening I watched and saw a waitress take french fries and eat them from the plate of a guests she was serving the plate to. Another male worker held the plates in front of her, for her to take to the guest. She served the meal to the table and left. This particular guest was obviously conscience of germs or covid and made a point of coming into the restaurant wearing a mask. She asked if she could set out side with one other guest. I don't think she would be happy to know the waitress ate from her plate before serving it to her. I later called back the restaurant spoke with the manager and informed him I was going to share this information due to my health concern for both myself and that of my neighbors. He simply said he's sorry. He's sorry not that he was going to speak to the waitress and at least inform her not to do this again. Unless he was the gentleman holding the plates as she ate from! Maybe this is their normal practice. Another waitress called me back and stated that customer was her sister, otherwise she would never have done that. Of course that's not to be believed, she never spoke or indicated in anyway that she knew the woman nor did the woman indicate in any way that she knew the waitress. I found this all disturbing and felt I should share it. Needless to say, I would never go back. I had fries with my order, it makes me sick to think about what I may not have seen."
