"I'm sorry to report that I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The waitress seemed quite indifferent; she stacked dirty plates on top of my meal, and when I asked why she did that, I was told, "That's just how we do it." I politely requested that my food be remade, but it felt like I was being treated like an outsider. Eventually, I got my meal, but when I went to pay, my debit card was carelessly tossed onto the clipboard by two young staff members who acted as if we weren't even there. The staff was very rude, and I left feeling really unsettled. It seemed like the managers were absent that day, and the overall attitude of the employees reflected that."
