"Flew myself STRAIGHT TO FRANCE just kidding . but SO CLOSE to that, when we went to@cafehenrilic in Long Island City, NY @midwestmunching They have the cutest wooden table outside and a bohemian style indoor area. Quaint little spot with a sweet laid-back vibe We were the most excited about the crepes and me personally the escargot. And I've got to say, I was the most pleasantly surprised and delighted about the Pomme crepe. Filled with sauteed apples, caramel, and pastry creme. Quite delicate and not too heavy If you want a savory crepe, make an sure to get the crepe Henri, where you can choose 3 toppings of 16. Here we had the swiss cheese , much room and sweet sausage. Not too heavy and perfectly portioned . Cheese was melty and crepe was nice and crispy Other things we loved , definitely the escargot because I havent been able to find it anywhere! And the onion soup : tasty and overflowing with cheese The croque de monsieur that is a country toasted bread with cheese ham. Got a side of smoked salmon on that too. Highly recommend this spot if you're around the area for some casual french cuisine, solid cappuccinos and good laid back vibes. Expect to be served slower aka European style"
