"To make matters worse, an older gentleman who came in 30 minutes after I did and ordered takeout received his pizzas and left. While I understand that they were overwhelmed, I was literally waiting in the restaurant, and no one bothered to provide me with an update or even apologize. Another customer became frustrated and managed to get his pizzas. I didn't take my anger out on the staff but unfortunately misdirected it at my wife, which was unfair.
I'm writing this review to express my frustration. I won’t be returning, as this experience ruined my Halloween. There were dozens of pizzas sitting on the top of the oven, and yet I ended up with nothing—I guess I wasn't considered important. Looking back, I wish I had just picked up two frozen pizzas instead."
