"We 've overlooked the noise level because we 've loved their Boubon Steak Tips for years, so tender you could almost cut them with a fork. This past Friday (mid Aug '23) we went to enjoy those tips about 5 PM. We sat in a booth. It was soooo noisy we couldn 't talk to each other. Apparently, nobody else could either because everytable was yelling! They REALLY need to hang some drapes on the brick wall and the plain hard wall opposite it inorder to cut down on the noise in the dining room. For the first time, the tips were tough and grizzly. Very disappointed. At the price of eating out it will be a long time before we go back. AND they no longer carry Moscato wine they used to have a nice one! "It was our first time there. Went to watch the Cubs game with friends. The atmosphere is great, manger, server and food were excellent! Only downside was that they have satellite TV It kept losing signal and we kept missing the game. Need to change to Xfinity!"

"I never got to try the food. When we walked in, all the tables were empty, and everyone was gathered at the bar. The staff looked at us as if we had stumbled into a private club. We seated ourselves, but the employees didn’t acknowledge us and continued to focus on the bar. We ended up leaving and went to a nearby restaurant where we had excellent food and service! They really shouldn't be advertising themselves as a restaurant!"

"The food was disgusting, we returned 6 out of 7 appetizers that were served to us. The poor quality meat is poorly cooked and has a bad taste. They calculated every last cent of the bill. Shame should give them the lousy customer service and the lousy quality of the food with the years they have on the market !!!!! I will never return and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Expensive and lousy in every way"

"I decided to leave two reviews since we visited the restaurant twice. The first time was absolutely amazing. The server I had was a young lady with big brown hair and glasses. She was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly, making our experience exceptional. The view from the deck was beautiful, with a glimpse of the water. The weather was perfect, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We decided to go back a second time, but unfortunately, the service was not as good as the first night. The waitress was nice, but it made a big difference compared to the exceptional service we received previously."

"I had the best smoothie I've ever tasted here! You can really appreciate the freshness of the ingredients, and they don’t add any sugar or syrups. It may take a little time to prepare, but it's definitely worth the wait. Unlike some places, they also let you customize your smoothie options. The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to the friendly and welcoming staff. The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, and very spacious.
