"Great local Italian restaurant with wonderful pasta dishes very close to being in Italy. Very friendly staff and always a good time to talk and eat like in Italy. Their signature dish is the Pasta Giusto, where they come with a big wheel of cheese and mix the hot pasta inside the wheel and then serve to you fresh. Other roman classics are Spaghetti Al Pomodoro (plain noodles with red sauce), Cacio e Pepe (pasta with pepper), and Bucatini Amatriciana. Definitely worth the visit!"
