"It took 15 minutes to get a drink on the initial order. We ordered two appetizers (crab cakes and spinach queso and salsa). It took about 20 minutes to get the appetizers. The crab cakes were OK, not great, but not bad. The queso arrived on one plate but two separate shallow dishes. About 1/3rd of the queso was spilled into the salsa dish. The queso was almost liquid and was COLD. Not cool, COLD as if it was just taken out of a the fridge. We sent the salsa and queso back. About 10 minutes later we received a replacement dish. The queso was now warm but still very runny. The salsa had chunks of tomato that were about 1/2 the size of a chip as if they were taken out of a can of tomatoes. We ate what we could of the salsa and queso, paid our bill, and left. The server was nice but he had to apologize at least 5 times for the time it took to bring our food and drinks and for the quality of the food we received. We had 1 beer, 2 glasses of wine, crab cakes, and the aforementioned queso and salsa. Our bill was just under $60 not including Tip. Poor Food, Poor Service, and overpriced food. In my opinion, this is not a good formula for success."
