"I dined at this restaurant on a Friday night, and even though it was crowded, we were seated promptly. However, it took about 10 minutes for our server to come to us, followed by another 10 minutes before we received our first round of drinks. The restaurant itself isn’t very large. We ordered an appetizer, which was enjoyable, but we had to wait over an hour for it to arrive. Then, it took an additional 20 minutes for our main courses to be served. I had the chicken fried chicken with mashed potatoes and corn, but unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked and had a rubbery texture. While the mashed potatoes and corn were decent, I realize now that I shouldn’t have chosen a homestyle meal at a small, casual restaurant; I probably would have been better off going for a burger instead, so I’ll take some responsibility for that."
