"It took awhile but I finally found my favorite spot for Chinese food in Capitol Hill. My favorite dishes are the orange chicken and shrimp lo mein. They also have a lot of good boba options and their lunch combos are good. They also have a diverse menu and are quick to complete your order. The staff is also friendly, there is one lady who always (pre-COVID) offered me a cup of tea and a seat while I waited to pick up my order. I only wish their delivery area was larger. Hopefully after the pandemic I will get to try a drink at the bar."

"We went because Chef Adam Hegsted, Spokane's James Beard Award finalist, is the owner. Like many in Spokane we saw the news story AND we had a birthday to celebrate. I booked a table for four for Friday evening, 02/26/2016, using the OpenTable app on my phone which made booking easy. Our whole table agreed to the Chef's Tour where the restaurant's chef decides what to cook and serve you, from appetizers through dessert. We did not have a dish we would not order on our next trip! From the deep fried artichokes and glazed prosciutto through the steelhead, we all enjoyed every bite. This is a great find that we've already told our friends about! The atmosphere was trendy wine bar. The service was the only negative but understand the servers were well trained and very professional, there just weren't enough of them to be 5 star and at some points we waited longer for the next course than we should have..."

"This was always my Chinese food takeout restaurant. I hadn't been there for awhile. Warm weather I tend to do lots of grilling. I ordered our usual takeout. Found out that for $1.00 you don't get wonton soup. My husband and daughter had beef with broccoli. It was all broccoli and carrots and very little beef. Rice came with the beef. I had chicken and mixed vegetables. Mostly broccoli and carrots. No Chinese vegetables and very little chicken. I ordered 1small won ton. They didn't include the noodles and duck sauce. Only 3 small packets of soy sauce. The bill was $52.00. If I didn't have $48. left on a gift card I received for my birthday, I wouldn't return. A 3 star is being very generous. I'm hoping that it was an off night and maybe had some fill in cook."

"I have eaten at this restaurant before. And I tried the gyro this time. I received it, and it was very dry. I ate about half the meat, The meat was very overcooked, and over crispy on areas, not juicy and very dry. What I did eat I had to keep dipping it into the taziki sauce (not a good sauce) couldn't eat the pita it was very dry and cold. I couldn't even bite into it I had to use a knife and fork. When I went up to pay and I was asked how everything was I told them my food was very dry. I should have taken a picture of my plate, because the girl went and asked two different people about what to do when I complain, and then the waitress after she put my plate into One of the bus bins, went back and pulled it out and act like she didn't see all the dry food that was left on it. Which could have fallen right into the bus tub. And they didn't do anything about it didn't even apologize. Very disappointed, I probably will not go back. I know everybody has a bad day, but to not even apologize or even say anything to me regarding it is ridiculous. I wasn't looking for a discount but they asked me how it was, I'm sorry they didn't like my answer."

"We were very disappointed withour dining experience at the Stable Cafe. We were there close to an hour before we got our food. I had the Appalachian Sampler and my spouse had the BBQ sandwich. Our meal was cold when it finally arrived. The BBQ was very dry and not good at all. Our server said that the kitchen was having some problems . Overall, the meal and dining experience was uninspiring and definitely not up to Biltmore standards."

"Ugh, I really wanted to like this place. We went here with my in laws for a nice adults only dinner. The first thing that was frustrating was the cost to park the car. $25 half of what it would be normally just to park at the Ritz. Ugh. We had tried earlier in the day to find out how late the gondola ran so that we could park in the village lots and take the gondola up but we couldn't find anyone that knew the hours or had information at all. I'd suggest that this info should be made part of the reservation process. So once you swallow the $25 parking fee you head inside. It's a beautiful building with wood accents and a large stone fireplace. The ambience was what you'd expect from a nice hotel restaurant. My family will typically drink wine but as the cheapest by the glass was over $40 we decided to forgo beverages. The menu was full of fresh ingredients we started with a caprese salad and hamachi. Both were tasty happy to see heirloom tomatoes in the caprese. Our entrees included gnocchi with meatballs, cauliflower steak and corn soup. Everything served was good though for the price I felt it lacking. I could tell our server was irritated that we didn't order more especially alcohol or dessert. Our booth view faced the courtyard where there was a wedding reception taking place....not quite the beautiful mountainside vista we were hoping for. I always wondered about this spot and now I know we aren't missing something extraordinary....Glad we checked it out but happy to look elsewhere for an upscale dinner in Truckee."

However, when the menu was presented to us, we were surprised to find that it primarily featured sandwiches and burgers. This was not the eclectic mix of American favorites and creative dishes that the restaurant had advertised, which seemed more suitable for even the most discerning foodies. Our server mentioned that there had been some recent changes in the kitchen. "There is so much to like about Florio, but none of it involves the food. The personnel are very nice. The decor and ambience are wonderful. The food as it appears on the menu sounds so good, but the execution and ingredients are subpar. Caprese salad, for example, doesn't have truly fresh mozzarella. The steaks are cheap cuts. Many corners are cut. If we could blame it on Covid I would, but the same problem existed before Covid. We returned on the hope that something might have changed for the better, but we were not rewarded. We know restaurants are struggling to survive and we want to help them, but until and unless this restaurant can see fit to use higher quality ingredients, we cannot return"

"This is a really nice lunch place. It's newly remodeled and offers a large variety of sandwiches, subs, soups, and salads. The food quality is very nice, and the restaurant is very clean. There is ample room to sit down in the shop, or outside on tables, but it is also a great place to pick up food from and drive back to the office. I will say that while everything I have purchased has been tasty, I have never been blown away. Definitely recommended!"

"Idk what is happening this year. But the first 2 times I have ordered from them this year so far my orders have been incorrect. My first order was a couple weeks ago, I ordered 2lbs of RAW shrimp 50ct RAW middle neck clams over the phone. I was asked multiple times if I wanted them steamed or raw. I told the gentleman 4 times I wanted them RAW. When I picked up my order they were steamed. I was given a refund but was still frustrated. Idk if their phones don’t have good quality anymore and they can’t hear or what. I ordered again from them on the Friday before Mother’s Day via phone. I placed an order for 200ct middle neck clams. My dad picked them up for me since he was right there and immediately brought them over. We stuck them in the fridge for an hour and made appetizers. When we brought them out and put them in the sink to rinse and look at them. Every single one of them were open more than half of them were frozen. I called the store and ask what I was supposed to do with them, spoke to some lady who had an attitude about it. She insisted she just counted them RIGHT before pick up said they weren’t open or frozen. After telling her I could bring them back if she wanted to see herself, she agreed. I took them back. She insisted that it was our fault after going back and forth finally gave me a refund. Idk if they have new management this year but last year they never gave us any problems and our orders were always accurate. Won’t be going back. "Ordered take out for my office. I ordered the blackened mahi tacos for a special treat. Food was boxed up nicely. Mine came with a couple sides so I chose the 3 bean salad which was tasty and a small house salad. On to the tacos. Filler was mostly corn and cabbage. The dolphin wasn't blackened and total weight was literally just over 2 ounces for two tacos. I keep a scale to weigh my proteins for my macros. Two ounces per taco or at least 1.5 would have been acceptable. Paying $12 for corn, beans and cabbage with minimal protein isn't worth it. Pics attached. Hopefully this review will help. I won't cross them off my list just yet."

"Michi sushi cafe is a hidden gem in west chester. Located right next to acme, I usually find myself ordering take out from this restaurant during lunch. They usually have the most amazing deals while still being good quality food! I hope they never changetheir great deals. This time though I decided to come in for lunch and try something new! Our waitress was very nice and gotour waters very fast. Our food arrived in a timely manner. I ordered the chicken curry with white rice bento box lunch special.It comes with tempura vegetables, shumai, and a four piece California roll. The tempura vegetables were fried perfectly. Theshumai was equally crispy and was one of my favorites! The California roll nicely balanced out the heavily fried aspect of thebox. You can really tell how good a restaurant is by their rice and the rice was cooked perfectly! As for the chicken curry, Ithink I may have misinterpreted what I was going to get. The chicken was more on the boiled side of things, which is not myfavorite. I had to set the chicken to the side. The sautéed vegetables however made up for that! Mildly spicy curry sauce,which was more of a clear sauce with some speckled seasonings. I personally would not order it with chicken. Maybe I?ll try itwith shrimp or just stick with the vegetables instead. The fantastic roll was absolutely delicious! As well as the spicy crabroll. Their sushi rolls are always addicting! I would always find myself ordering their signature eagle roll because of howunique the roll is. The roll is fried with cream cheese center! The eagle roll plays well on your palate with all of thedifferent textures and flavors. I will always recommend Michi! Can not wait to visit again!"
