It tastes like I ventured out to find (or whip up) the most delicious breads, meats, cheeses, sauces, and veggies, and crafted a fantastic sandwich in my own kitchen. I get all the freshness of a truly tasty sandwich without any of the fuss of heading to the grocery store or specialty market, prepping the ingredients, assembling the sandwich, and cleaning up afterward. Erik’s takes away all that hassle and offers sandwiches that are incredibly delicious. Plus, how many sandwich places serve alfalfa sprouts? They add a wonderful touch to the sandwich! I’ve tried several options at Erik’s, and my favorites are the Pilgrim's Progress and the Farmer's Market. Perhaps it’s the 9-grain bread? It’s definitely the top-notch ingredients and Erik’s special sauces that make the difference. I could eat here every day if only I lived a bit closer!"
