"Absolutely hands down the worst place I have ever gambled in my life! I’ve been to many casinos, including local, other states, Vegas, etc. and have never seen such tight machines. I should have believed the many reviews posted here. I didn’t even see anyone win anything higher than $20-$40. They were not short of customers though, that’s for sure! They still have all the plexi glass up between players and dealers at the tables. Come on! Ridiculous! I could not talk to my husband next to me nor interact with other players, which really took the fun out of even playing. I couldn’t understand the dealer as he was wearing a mask on the other side of the plexi glass. This alone will stop me from ever going back to this casino. The waitress did not come around for a long time so I tried to go to a bar and buy our drinks there. I was only allowed to purchase one beer at a time and couldn’t get one for my husband who was at the tables playing! Our players cards did not work the entire time we were there and every time we went to the club desk to tell them they would just say their system was being “glitchy” or tell us they should work now (and they didn’t), so we earned zero points for playing for 2 days. We also tried to status match my husband’s Caesars Diamond status as advertised on their website, and again, they were unable to do that for 2 days because their system was “down”. Looking at the benefits, I guess it wouldn’t matter anyways! Free parking in their garage and 20% off at the Hard Rock store (if you pay cash only) wasn’t exactly a status match! The room was $500+/night in the middle of the week! Thank goodness the room was VERY nice. It was small but had a great layout and worked well for our needs, but not $500 worth! We stayed in the East Tower. Very new and very clean. We ate at the Res and the food was amazing. Service was top notch and we tipped well as it was deserved. We also ate at Hard Rock Café. The service was good. It was hit or miss as one day the food was good the next day my wings were so bad I couldn’t eat them. I ordered Buffalo Wings and received something that tasted smoked and shot full of water to make them bigger. So, if you are going to gamble, believe the reviews that are posted here and don’t do it! Play the lottery or something instead, your chances of winning are probably better! Not sure why they even have a player’s club. I thought we could rack up some points for our trip next month to Lake Tahoe when we were going to the Hard Rock there. No thanks, not getting my business there now either. Also not going to the new one in Vegas when that opens! I’m sure two less small fries gamblers are going to hurt their business but Oh well, at least it won’t be my money they are getting!"

"I ate at Century for the first time for a Valentine's dinner. The restaurant is priced as upscale, and the environment was inviting aside from the volume being up on a TV basketball game at the bar. That was odd, especially since the restaurant was small. Another odd thing was our waiter. He acted as if he was serving at a family chain type place, and we had to ask him to do basic server things like refill water, take plates, etc. Professionalism was really lacking. Food: The crab cakes were excellent, the Teres Steak entrée was delicious, but the shrimp and grits were so so. The tails and veins were still attached to the shrimp, even though they sat in a mushy blob of stuff, making it really hard to cut the tails off. The blob tasted good, but the texture was hard to wrap my mind around. I won't order that again. At any rate, it could be a great place if they got some professional attitudes in there, along with a bit more common sense."

"We had dinner here at 6:00 on the first Friday of Lent. Party of six and not very many people at all in the restaurant. We did not get a waiter to our table for thirty minutes. Then four of us ordered water as our drink only two of us received the water until the meal showed up at the table. The appetizers came out the same time as the meal so obviously not ideal and all sorts of things cold and messed up. One person never received the baked potato she ordered with her steak. Two of the three steaks extremely tough. Never had this type of issues before at this restaurant. I assume it was a bad night. Manager came over and got a drink for four of the six of us early on when realized what all was going on. Not necessary but appreciate it. However, when waitress finally came back to table never refreshed anyone’s empty glasses and asked how the food was. We very clearly stated look we are not looking for anything and we realize getting the food prepared isn’t your job. But, you need to let the kitchen know this was really not up to par. Just so whoever’s supposed to be keeping an eye on it will know. Our waitress began crying and it was crazy as we did not direct anything at her personally and we did not want anything for free and we tipped we just where disappointed across the board with food and service then to top it off we left feeling horrible for giving an honest opinion. So subpar food and service we paid and tipped to leave feeling bad on top of it. The waitress said she’d been doing this for twenty-five years. I’m certain we are not the first people she has ever heard be disappointed in something. We did not yell, curse or ask for anything to be paid for by anyone other than us. There was no reason for us to have food and service like that and leave feeling bad. We probably will not be visiting this restaurant again anytime soon."

"Everything we ordered was absolutely fantastic. The aromas while the food was being prepared and the freshness of the ingredients truly stood out. Our waiter was excellent; he recommended dishes for us, and we followed his suggestions and loved every bite. I can't express enough how much we enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere in the restaurant was incredible, and everyone seemed to be having a great time. We'll definitely return, even though we’re not fond of battling the traffic and parking in uptown. It was definitely worth it!"

"Great place and friendly service!! The woman and one of my boys were eating tonight. We had the ribs and the Hamburg steak. The ribs were really good. A little bit smaller, but good taste. I asked for extra crispy pommes and they were not disappointed! My wife ordered the Chop Steak and it was really delicious. The “coated” potatoes were a good addition to the brown engraving. We've finished the carrot cake and peach cake. Holy cow, the carrot cake was amazing!! The peach kicker was also very good, but OMG this carrot cake! It was so good. The overall value was good and this is just a great place to bring the family without breaking the bank."

"The restaurant was conveniently located for us and the menu looked good. When we arrived they had no means of checking a reservation and didn't have a table ready for us. It took about 15 minutes for anyone to greet our table at all, so we were able to already decide on our dinner by the first time a server talked to us. It then took another 25-30 minutes for our dinner to arrive. We had a Caesar salad, sliders, and lobster mac and cheese and I wouldn't order any of it again. The beer was good and it seemed like a fun place. There was live music that was really good, but the whole place was so loud it was impossible to have a conversation."

"we had dinner during the restaurant week. the menu choices were wonderful and a very good value. the pork belly appetizer was delicious, including the fired green tomato. the Pimento cheese was good with the tomats, but didn't really fit with the pig bell. my cattle short nativity was out of this world. also the kalbsmarsala of my wife was great. were huge. chocolate cake dessert was just so-so. the service was attentive. the atmosphere is very casual, but loud. the chairs were not too comfortable."

"We made a reservation tonight for after the Clemson football game, we are from out of town. Well, I sent the address to my husband and he went to the wrong one. I called and they said, come on! They were so accommodating and the food was absolutely amazing! Marissa was our server and she was fantastic, all the orders were correct and delicious. She is very knowledgeable of the menu and my vegan veggie burger and kale salad (which is why I picked there) well worth the distance and was just so yummy! Don’t miss out, get your reservation and try them out!"

"We have been to this chop house several times and this by far was our worst experience thus far. I ordered the 6oz filet medium rare, although it was cooked correctly it was one of the worst filets I have ever had. It had no flavor and the texture was not that of a filet. My daughter had the chicken Marsala and it had absolutely no flavor. Even adding salt did not help. Our waitress was very attentive, but the kitchen was having a hard time keeping up with the customers. We waited for quite a while before we even got our food. It also seemed like the runners had no idea what tables to take food to. Several times they came to tables in our section with the incorrect food. I honestly have to say I don’t know that I will be back. There are other restaurants in Cheyenne that have better quality food for a comparable price."

"Best malts, shakes anywhere. We were in town over the weekend and did not have time to enjoy a meal at Elliston Place, but we did have time to get a chocolate malt -- for me -- to go. Hadn't been to Elliston Place in quite some time. Completely different staff of course. Younger. I went ahead and ordered my malt at a cost of around $5.50, including tax. I wrote in another review that I would never get a malt that cost $5, but in the case of Elliston Place, we'll make an exception! Young girl around 20 years old started to make my malt. One thing I can't stand is when people make chocolate shakes with chocolate ice cream. So I just wanted to make sure she was going to make it properly: vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, milk, malt powder. She said, "I know how to make a chocolate malt." OK, fine. I watched her assemble it just the way you are supposed to. A chemist could not have assembled more correct proportions of each ingredient. I have chocolate malts everywhere, but this one is the best I've ever had. It was thick all the way to the bottom of the large cup. Worth every cent. -----30 Oct, 2010----- One of my favorites anywhere. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. As another reviewer said, the milkshakes are the star here. They are great, made with Nashville's Purity ice cream. However, I think the food is very good, too. Classic diner burger. I've tried the veggies and they are quite good. The atmosphere is just about without equal."

"The wings at this restaurant are among the best I've ever tasted. The fried pickles are also fantastic. However, the mozzarella sticks were lacking in flavor and felt like just a block of cheese coated in a bland batter. The mimosas were enjoyable, and it's hard to find bottomless mimosas for $12.99 on weekends. By my second drink, I could feel the champagne, but my last two mimosas just tasted like orange juice. Our waiter, Gisele, was attentive and made sure to check on us regularly. I will definitely return to this restaurant when I'm back in Georgia."

"This pub has everything we look for in a great dining experience: location: just down Biltmore from Pack Square ambience: just the right balance between casual and proper; very comfortable and intriguing food: we have to go back again and again to try all that is appealing. On today's first foray at brunch: the eggs benedict was outstanding, with housemade muffins, housemade Canadian bacon, perfect poached eggs and ample delicious hollandaise. My husband's breakfast plate comes with lots of choices of eggs, meat, bread with house made potato hash. He must have gotten 8 slices of bacon never seen anything like it. They offer design your own **** mary, with your choice of 4 liquors, several garnishes (celery, bacon, and more), and whether or not to include salt on the rim, Worcestershire, etc. Turns out their housemade **** mary mix was a little too spicy for us, so we switched to their unique cocktails. With 3 desserts to choose from, we LOVED sharing their sticky toffee pudding just the right mix of sweet and salty, with a little crunch to the base. perfect! Service: could not have been better. In addition to the well trained server addressing our every need, the manager/hostess looked in on us several times, as did the bartender and even the chef! We will be back for a Friday lunch, for dinner and for Restaurant Week."
