"During this visit, the service was surprisingly poor. I believe it was mainly due to our server. Our appetizers arrived well after our main course, and we had to inquire about them multiple times. Meanwhile, tables nearby were being served the same appetizers we had ordered, so it was clearly not a kitchen issue. One of our sushi orders never arrived, and our server didn’t even notice when she presented us with the bill, which still listed the missing dish. She seemed unconcerned about the service issues, acting as if these problems were completely normal, even though we've never experienced anything like this in previous visits. The sushi, on the other hand, is outstanding! We probably should have been more assertive about our missing food, but we expected the situation to improve."
