"I understand that restaurants may need to increase their prices these days, but if you choose to do so, please update your online menu accordingly. I ordered the veal parmigiana dinner, which was listed at $21 on the menu. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up, the price was actually $29. I don’t mind a small increase of a dollar or two, but the cost of the ingredients for that dinner hasn't risen enough to justify such a significant hike. The most frustrating part was being blindsided by the price change. The staff at the counter casually mentioned that they had raised all the prices without updating the online menus. This is not a good way to do business, and as a result, I will not be returning."
