"We are staying in the valley temporarily and after a survey of our friends and family the two sushi places most recommended were Katsu-Ya and Honshu. We were not disappointed. Truly remarkable service. Our favorite rolls were the BSC and the Popcorn Shrimp Spicy Tuna, but the Sesame Tuna appetizer was unique and bursting with flavor as well. We always get a few nigiri choices and they were all on par. The layout is fine, and the decor is classy. Parked down the residential street nearby as we didn't want to pay for the parking behind the building, although I thiiink they validate... All in all an excellent sushi experience"
