"My official Memorial Day celebrations kicked off with dinner at this surf-themed restaurant. It was our second visit, and the food and service were absolutely top-notch. The kitchen really knows what it’s doing—kudos to the chef and the team! Our server, Tucker, was exceptional—professional, polite, and absolutely flawless. If I were in this industry, I would hire him in a heartbeat. The frozen spicy margarita was fantastic; hats off to the bartender! For our appetizer, we had the pork al pastor Island Nachos, which were delightful. For our main courses, we enjoyed the Cayman Islands Enchiladas and the Rock House Bowl, both expertly prepared and served piping hot. What a perfect evening! Wishing everyone a happy Memorial Day!"
