"I’m back in the area for now and unfortunately missed out on Tulare Street Bistro. But, as they say, when one door closes, another one opens—enter Gus Kabobs! I ordered the lamb shish kabobs, and they were absolutely delicious. The roasted vegetables were spot on, and the hummus was very tasty. The tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers were crisp and incredibly fresh. The lamb itself was tender and juicy without being overcooked. The rice was a nice touch with some pasta mixed in, adding an extra layer of flavor. When you add both the spicy and regular garlic sauce, it creates a winning combination. Overall, I’d give the food 4.25 stars. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I only write positive reviews—if the food is below par, I simply won’t bother. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I highly recommend checking this place out—it’s definitely worth a visit!"
