"If you visit this restaurant Monday through Friday before 3-5pm, you will be pleased. The staff are professional and efficient. The only downside is that it tends to be very busy. "I had a very unpleasant experience at Jack In The Box. Before I even entered the restaurant, a female employee rudely slammed the door in my face. I asked if I should use the other door, and as I walked to it, she harshly opened the door again. When I approached to place my order, she abruptly asked, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" I sensed her frustration and mentioned that if she was upset, I would prefer to be helped by someone else. She insisted she wasn’t mad but said they were closing and demanded to know my order. However, it was only 9:57 PM on May 14, 2022, and there were still people eating inside. I didn’t deserve to be treated this way. I suggest reviewing the surveillance footage for reference. My carry-out order number was 381."

"This Jack in the Box isn't quite like the one I remember from my childhood in Texas. They offer a surprisingly wide variety of options on their fast food menu. In addition to more fry choices, they also have some healthier alternatives. The standard burger is of decent quality and size. The French fries are unique but tasty. Plus, they have a drive-thru that's open 24 hours, making it one of the few chains in our area that offers that convenience. The prices are comparable to most fast food chains for similar meals, but their larger selection is a definite advantage over others."

"I received the wrong drink from one of the drive-thru employees when I placed my order at the machine. When I inquired if my drink was a diet option, the worker assured me it was. However, after I drove away and took a sip, I discovered it was not what I had ordered. I had to go inside and ask another employee for the correct drink. It seemed like the drive-thru worker either had trouble hearing, couldn't read the order, or simply didn't take the time to confirm it accurately."

"Most incompetent and slow people I have ever met in my life. Showed up for 1 uber eats order with about 3 cars in front of me. I have been sitting here for 35 minutes and counting.. seriously ridiculous.. can barely hear anything from the speaker and the lady was short tempered and rude about not being able to hear her. "My family and I stopped by to grab early breakfast before arriving at SFO. I found thru my maps that there was a Jack in the Box on our route. It was about 3:30am what we drove up. I was immediately told y the drive-thru crew member that they were closed. Iasked aren 't you open 24 hrs?She said again she was closed. I then asked for how long? The crew member responded with 10minutes. I waited about 13 mins, and said Hello . No answer, so I left. That 's awful service. I don 't recommend this locationas they are not reliable."

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mother as she was the one who ordered the food but her experience filled her up with joy. She forgot her purse at home and she only had enough for 2 burgers and 4 tacos. She had some change and she asked the young Hispanic male at the cashier around 11:15ish at 9/19/22, how much for a soda. He ended up giving it to her for free and my mothers face when she told me this story was unbelievably happy. Bless your heart son!"

"Let us first address the matter! Go to Austin Texas! I have to get out of Austin, you scare me! It never stops! I was curious to eat here for the first time and that was last year in Garland Texas. The pommes were angry and when I had them in Austin, they were evil there! The burgers are too small and again the frits are evil! My opinion! I tried them twice and I don't give them a third time! I think the reason they came with the name Jack in The Box is because you have a surprise how compact your meal is! I felt it was a waste of time on foot, but for children I think it's the perfect size meal and the kids liked it. After my departure I was still hungry I guess what I'm trying to say that I should have gone somewhere completely different, but I didn't want to check this place without giving it a second chance, but I won't give it a third chance as I said before. On the other hand, the three stars are for the workers. The workers in Garland Texas and the workers in Austin Texas are great! And I totally forgot to make pictures because it was so inconspicuous."

"If I can give this 0 stars I would. I am a current Jack in the box worker, I 've been working for Jack for about two and a half now so I know how things work. First of all I was hoping to get my discount since I am aware that you can get your discount anywhere you are at. I work 4 hours away from this Jack in the box and have gone to the one in LA and have gotten the discount there so when she said they don 't give the discount there just because I was very confused. But either way I moved on from there and said oh well. But that wasn 't the last of it. I got a munchie meal a chicken-n-tater to be exact and they didn 't make the chicken n tater the way it was supposed to be, it did not have cheese sauce or white cheese, I am aware the restaurant is sometimes short on supplies but they could of let us know. They could get someone sick like that. And on top of that they forgot our fries. And on top of that the fries were inedible, they were cold and really hard so I had to throw them away. I don 't think they have any excuse to mess things up more than once since it was not busy due to the fact she was just standing and waiting for us to leave instead of double checking the bag. I 'm not the type to leave reviews but they 're making us Jack in the box workers look bad. As a former team leader from jacks your team leaders and cooks need to be retrained. Thank you marisol."

"May not be safe for young people or ladies to go alone. The entire time I was in the restaurant, they allowed a guy to swear and act out while sitting at a table. It looked as if he even peed in his pants. I called the store after leaving, and they didn't seem to care when I complained. More shocking , when I returned to work, my coworkers advised me they went to Jack's at lunch 1 1/2 hours before me, and the guy was there in the store, causing issues and yelling."

"I’m not sure what the point of my receipt was, as I wrote this review in front of all the staff. Regardless of whether they are new employees, kindness is essential in customer service. It took twenty minutes and two workers to take my entire order of three meals. The process of preparing and receiving the order was astonishingly slow. I’m truly amazed. In my experience working Sunday nights at KFC with only two staff members during a dinner rush, we never took more than thirty minutes to serve anyone. I wonder how many orders were placed alongside mine that ended up being served first. On the bright side, they’re hiring, which reflects the company’s ethics — though I noticed a typo in their ad that said “get a JIB.”"
