"The brisket here is absolutely phenomenal! It's packed with full, smoky flavor and is incredibly tender—so tender you can pull it apart with a fork. It's mouthwatering and juicy, just delicious! All three sauces we tried were fantastic. The Original sauce was smooth, the KC sauce was thicker with a nice sweetness and a smoky undertone, and the Texas Sizzle had a great tang with a spicy kick at the end! The baked mac and cheese featured large pasta shells in a creamy white sauce that was perfectly cheesy. As for the sides, the creamy coleslaw was lightly dressed and very refreshing, while the potato salad had a mild mustard flavor, was creamy, and had just the right al dente texture.
