Despite my inquiry about the delay after waiting for about 15 minutes, no efforts were made to expedite my order. As a result, the calamari I ordered arrived cold. Clearly, I won’t be ordering from here again. I called to place my order, and the person assured me it would be ready in 20 minutes, so your explanation is not valid. It would have been more reasonable to estimate 40 minutes instead. Furthermore, you’re claiming that I received a gift card and a free dessert? I never received any of that. You must be confusing me with someone else. Now, on top of the poor service, I’m being insulted?"

"I was very excited to bring my family to this restaurant for dinner. We decided to try the specials that our server recommended, including the lobster risotto and oxtail. Unfortunately, the lobster was overcooked and shriveled up, served on top of the shell. The oxtail was mostly bone and fat, not very tender. On a positive note, the lamb shank, calamari, and carpaccio were enjoyable. Unfortunately, our server was not very attentive and did not check on us after serving our meals. We ended up finishing our meals before we could inform him that my son did not like his dish and needed something else. He did replace the oxtail with lasagna, but it was still cold in the center. At this point, we were ready to leave and had to flag down the server to ask for the check. In the end, we had to ask a manager for the bill."

"We dropped in for an unhurried dinner after arriving in town after a long day in the car. Osteria Cicchetti is n accessible large, central storefront in an upscale strip mall. We were promptly seated, the staff were all pleasant people; we had an enthusiastic young waitress and plenty of wait staff. We were seated in the huge main room with a view of kitchen. There is also a big side room plus a large and loud bar area. The atmosphere is lively with limited lighting. They offer a full wine list, the appetizers and menu are nearly exhaustive and Italian this is a place to languish with friends, although costs add up. Our drinks, calamari, and the veal and fish entrees were very good and service was attentive. We had no complaints. We are still in the exploratory stages of our move to near Wilmington, so everything is a new experiment. We had a bit more travel after the meal, so we limited our time, alcohol and food volumes. However, recycling back to Osteria is quite likely."

"Tonight my husband and I wanted to go out and have dinner on Christmas Day. After reading reviews on open table, we decided to go to Toro Toro four seasons in downtown Houston and make our reservation for 6pm. We were seated. Our waiter, was Lauren’s R (I’m going with what’s on my receipt) it was an older bald headed guy. He explained the menu and recommended drinks and food. We ordered an appetizer, a bar dish, and our entrees. It took 15 minutes for the appetizer to come to our table and Another 15 minutes for the rest of our food. Our waiter never asked us about our meals nor he asked if we needed anything else. The only other time Our waiter came to our table was to dropped dessert menu without him telling us what it is, literally just dropped it on our table and left. It took us 20 minutes to eat our entrees. Another 20 minutes our waiter appeared just to give us our tab, he could care less about our experience since he failed to asked us about our food . Overall, The food was almost cold to the touch when it came to our table and did not impressed us one bit, Texas Roadhouse is much better. The service from our waiter was disappointing and we will never go back to this place again. Our tab was $225 and we regret spending it at this place. Save your money and go to Pappas Bros Steakhouse if u want an amazing meal and unforgettable experience. This place is a NO for us."

"Have been coming here for 5 years food is good. However this last time we won’t be back. We come with a group of 5 an dined in upon getting our bill we was charged over 22 dollars for gratuity. Menus states groups of 6 or more are charged 20 percent. We had a group of 5. Upon paying we left because I was to aggravated to wait for our server who only been at the table 3 times during our whole 1.5 hour dinner. Wait for food was long. Just not the service I expected and the untrustworthy server who sloped that charge in. We paid 20 percent plus 3.5 percent of our bill additional the 3.5 is a fee to use debit or credit. Such a disappointment for us to have to cut ties with a business we love over a issue like this that shouldn’t have happened."

"Reservations for Mother's Day, but it was a disappointing experience due to overbooking and over crowding. We were seated in the corner but the room was so crowded it made your trip to the buffet table very difficult. The noise in that room was too much for a pleasant experience. Every attempt at the buffet table they were always out of something or mostly several things. I was told that the bagels were all gone for the lox and cream cheese and wouldn't be replaced. My husband's water glass had something in it which the wait staff recognized so they took it away but he never got another glass even though we reminded the waiter. It was all due to her having so many people, too many people to serve. It was just too much and therefore not a comfortable experience. Wish we had booked somewhere else."

"My wife ate here twice when I was in Buenos Aires, and had the pizza oven roasted salmon with Dijon sauce both times, because she really loved it! So I arrived home from Buenos Aires this morning, and we went back for dinner (my first time . I had the Chicken Parmigiono over spaghetti marinara which was delicious! Tess had the arrugula salad with pear, blue cheese and carmelized walnuts (a huge bowl and a huge bowl of their minestroni soup. I had a glass of the Nero red wine, and we split an Affrogato. A delicious meal, with terrific service, and great ambiance we found a great Italian restaurant in Santa Cruz! Can't wait to try their pizzas! All of their produce is organic and locally sourced, all their meat is grass fed free range and local. Ate there tonight, and it was great again! Service was spectacular, and love the new table layout! My wife and I split a Cesar Salad and they gave us a ton of anchovies on the side (my wife hates them, but I love them! . Then we each had the Chicken Parmigiano and our guest had tge seafoodxstew I had a glasd of the Valporocino, our guest had a Peligrino soda, and we all had the Hazel Nut Affrogatto. The bill was only %268, and the food was all yummy!"

"We had dinner here before a show at the Paramount. Service was great and made sure we were able to get out in plenty of time for show. Food was also excellent. The Burrata was really nice, meatballs and sauce were excellent. We shared a pizza which was very good. Finished off with cannolis. Will definitely return."

"Had dinner here on a Saturday night. Sat outside, it was a beautiful night to sit on the covered veranda. Food was good overall. The bread and oil serving was very good, the mixture of olive oil, balsamic, garlic and red pepper flakes was just right. Chicken Parmigiana was exactly as expected. The special, chicken cacciatore, was just ok, a little dry according to the wife. Calamari appetizer was good, slightly overcooked, but enjoyable. The tiramisu was also very good. Service was acceptable. The overall experience was helped greatly by Mom . She was wonderful and made us feel like old friends. As we were leaving, live music was setting up. I believe this is only on Saturday night, so if you go then be aware if may be loud inside the restaurant. Would recommend overall, we had a very good time."

"First, some context: My wife and I had been to Garland a while ago, and it was great. Absolutely delicious, perfectly prepared food. Nice ambiance. We considered it one of the finest restaurants in Raleigh and looked forward to returning . Unfortunately our most recent visit was quite disappointing. First of all, the room was overflowing not so much with diners, but primarily drinkers. Unpleasantly noisy. The food was nothing special. Don't know the reason for that; bad night, too big a crowd? In any case, our overall experience was completely different from the first time. Maybe a one time glitch. On the bright side, the sever was pleasant and professional, but that did not make up for the rest of the disappointing experience. If this is the new normal at Garland, I could not recommend this restaurant to a friend"

"This Was my worst experience yet!!! I normally don’t even eat Applebees because this location is normally not good in service. But today my pregnancy craving wanted potatoes.I ordered Loaded mash potatoes and a Mango/ Strawberry smoothies online. I waited 15 mins in my car after saying I have arrived. I went in store, to wait another 20 mins… All for my Mash potatoes to come out NOT loaded. I asked for the bacon, cheese, and sour cream and I was told the lady in back said “she’ll be out in 10 mins for the items” UNACCEPTABLE!!!! When I asked for the manager she didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. I will never be back again, and I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Horrible"
