"July 2023 - The staff member who assisted us was unkind and impatient whenever we had questions about the menu. He incorrectly processed our order, and when we inquired about the missing items, he became upset. He also reacted angrily when we requested ranch instead of ketchup. His bad attitude seemed to surface over every little thing. When I pointed out his behavior, he responded, "Thank you, I'll take that as a compliment." Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and did not resemble a true Philly sandwich at all."
