"Unfortunately, the current state of this restaurant is disappointing. While the food is truly amazing, the service and quality have been steadily declining. As long-time customers since the opening, we have noticed a significant drop in consistency over the past six months. The food often arrives burnt, dried out, and portion sizes are inconsistent for the price.
During our most recent visit, we ordered 45 minutes before closing and picked up our food 20 minutes before. However, all our fries, which were supposed to be large, were more like a small order at McDonald's. When we called to address the issue, they instructed us to return for a redo. Despite arriving shortly after closing time, we were met with unhelpful and rude service. The staff claimed we had ordered the wrong size, but even the size we received did not match what we had paid for.
Although the food is delicious, the unpleasant staff and inconsistent quality make it difficult to recommend this restaurant, especially considering it is not budget-friendly. Our overall rating for this experience is as follows:
