"I have to be honest—the Philly cheesesteak didn’t meet my expectations. I was really hungry and thought anything would taste good at that moment, but the steak was cut into small chunks and was a bit tough; it was tri-tip when I had hoped for something more tender. Additionally, it was overly seasoned for my liking. As for the potato salad, it was pretty basic and lacked flavor—it was just okay. I came here solely for the food, not for video lottery or alcohol, so my focus was on the meal. The customer service, however, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring my water glass was always full, which is the only drink I ordered. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the food, but the service was excellent. I’d rate it 4 stars overall."
