"After speaking with a customer representative, I was informed that the food was deemed fresh, but they couldn't provide any further assistance. I feel like I wasted my money since the food ultimately went in the trash. This is the second time I've received disappointing food from this place. The first time, I chose to let it slide, but I work hard for my money and I won't waste it on such low quality! I definitely won't be returning and I cannot recommend this restaurant at all!"

"I had a great experience at this restaurant on Sunday. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes and coffee, both of which were delicious. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. "awesome! I have organized a party at the weekend in one of the party rooms. from the time I left the payment until the time of the party, the personal was wonderful. always available and accommodating. I was allowed to come early in the day of the event to decorate and the staff even helped. the food, the drinks and the waiters were amazing. we couldn't fit all balloons in the car, so they kept the balloons graciously and we picked them up the next day. I love this place. I hope that I will host other events and will definitely be regularly in the restaurant."

"I am an original boatbuilder of the replica half moon ship built in Albany and featured as a cover photo on this restaurant?s menu so I was excited to eat at this establishment. The atmosphere is vintage dinner appeal with lots of chrome highlights. Thedining area is spacious and able to accommodate moderate size groups of diners. The staff provides quick and efficient service.I selected a broiled fisherman?s plater that looked like a fair amount of food. The food however was tasteless and was obviouslyfrozen not fresh. The sole was cold on the bottom and not palatable. The scallops were absolutely tasteless and rubbery. Theclams were flavored only by the spices on it. What a shame to put this plate of food on the table. I spoke with patrons whomordered the same dish and reported a similar disappointment. This meal is neither something a person should eat nor should therestaurant try to pass it off as something to sell. Very disappointing experience for lunch."

"this is the only diner in this area where eating is good and the restaurant is clean (just reason i gave 2 stars). the negative is that everyone who works there has the most beautiful attitude! owners, the woman who answers the phone even the supplier. the ladies at the theke do not even look up because they are only hastening and looking to grab their cash / card. they all have a face as if they were worried about being there, they only seem happy when they talk to others. they really need a reality check and remember that customers do the business."

"Literally, these people do not follow written instructions what so ever. It took about 9 mistakes in the past few months to make me finally write a review. The service is great, the people are friendly but when it comes to food, please make sure it is made correctly. I wouldn't recommend any one to get deliveries of any kind of food here. Especially sandwiches because there's a 65% chance that it is not made correctly. I don't know if the guy rushes through the sandwiches but clearly nobody are reading the ticket. Please improve."

"Food was ok. Service was good. However, when I got check I noticed I was charged two sales tax. I was taxed 10% on total food cost and another 20% on that total. When I asked why I was being taxed twice I was informed 20% tax was for gratuity. I’m pretty sure State law states any fees and surcharges must be clearly listed before customers dine in or order to go and must be listed as gratuity or service fee on customer bill. Not sure why gratuity was listed as a second sales tax on bill and why this automatic gratuity policy wasn’t displayed anywhere or why we weren’t informed of added gratuity when check was provided to us? My advice check your bill to check if tip has already been included with total."

"I've never written a restaurant review before but am compelled to do so in this case. I ordered eggs benedict which also comes with hash browns. I also ordered a side of bacon and per the photo of the sandwich shown on the menu, ordered the mile high corned beef sandwich to go for lunch. In all my years I have never seen such skimpy portions. To menu image for the sandwich is at least 4 times larger than the actual sandwich. I've never received anything close to such small portions for the hash browns, and the bacon was easily half the amount I've received from any of several breakfast places in boca or anywhere else for that matter. It certainly didn't give me the feeling of Grandma's good and generous cooking in the kitchen. If their business model is to cut down on quantity to save expenses, it is at their own loss. As expensive as the very good diner restraints but with much lower quantity. I was very disappointed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone."

"Guys were the only place open late. They were so friendly and professional, even with the few rude, drunk customers who were being sassy. We got there 15min before close @like 4:44am on Sat and he let us know right away that they had sold out of most things and what was available to order. I informed him I was vegan and he made me something off menu. Food came out quick and was delicious. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was too hungry. Also they let us and another couple wait inside a few minutes after close to wait for out lifts. "So I have known of this place for the last 22 years but never ate here till last week. I decided to try it and I 'm glad I did. The breakfast is very good. I first tried the Breakfast Egg Sandwich. Now I 'm originally from NYC where 2 eggs on a roll is as common as the Empire State building. I have not found anything close to it here in Central Florida, the only place was in Miami. Well this place makes a great egg on a kaiser roll. It 's not equal to its NYC counterpart but a close 2nd. I went back for their Chopped Steak and Eggs, which was very good too. I 'm very happy with their Breakfast and soon will be trying their Lunch specials. Friendly staff and Nancy is very attentive."

"Okay def a hidden gem. I saw the great reviews and was having breakfast alone and wanted to try somewhere that wasn?t this super Instagram worthy meal that wasn?t even that good. Came in and sat down, ordered off the small menu and sipped on my delicious and strong coffee. The meal came and looked good enough, but once I started eating wow!! The sausage was juicy and yummy, eggs cooked to perfection, bacon perfectly cooked, and the Irish potatoes were yummmmm. The pancakes I wasn?t looking forward to cause well they?re just pancakes, surprise! They?re awesome!! Perfectly cooked and taste absolutely divineeeeee. I?ll def be back and bringing my friends and family. Delicious and filling breakfast for a great price and friendly staff in a chill atmosphere."
