"I was very disappointed with our experience. We came here to celebrate my mom's birthday, and I was surprised to find out there’s no hibachi, which wasn’t mentioned on their website or even indicated outside. Despite this, we decided to stay and eat. Unfortunately, there were multiple issues with our order. The menu was outdated, and many items listed were said to no longer be available. The waitress also implied that it was our fault for wanting the noodles and rice included with our hibachi, as stated on the menu.
Additionally, the waitress spent most of her time on her phone and showed little interest in refilling our drinks or clearing away dirty plates. To make matters worse, there is an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill, meaning a rude waitress can still receive a tip without providing good service. This experience was awful, and I doubt we will return. My family has been coming here for over a decade, and we’ve enjoyed dining at this establishment for generations. It left a bad taste in my mouth after having received great service all those years."
